At many salons, additional services get suggested during or after the consultation, and you end up paying way more than expected — but here, I didn't need to worry about that at all. Being told the estimated price and the details of the service upfront put my mind at ease.

I saw this posted inside, and I could tell the staff genuinely kept it in mind while working. They paid attention to details I hadn't even thought of myself and suggested a style that suited my lifestyle.

We decided to cut my quite long hair to just below shoulder length and do an SC perm together. I was impressed that they considered my face shape and hair condition as well.

Since it was a day for both cut and perm, the whole process took about 2 hours. In the meantime, they brought me drinks and snacks based on my preference. I'd already had coffee right before arriving, so I asked for chamomile tea instead. They told me the tea bags were microplastic-free, which made me feel even more at ease drinking it. For snacks, they gave me rice crackers and yakgwa (Korean honey cookies).

During the shampoo sessions, they carefully adjusted the water temperature each time, and even explained why using slightly cooler water is beneficial. It made me feel genuinely taken care of.

While waiting for the perm to process, I sat by the window. They moved my drink and tea over too, so I could relax while looking outside. There was even a charger placed at the seat, so I could charge my phone worry-free — that was a nice touch.

I'd asked for the most low-maintenance style possible, and about a week after the service, I'm even happier with it. They also kindly explained how to style it to look even more attractive.
