Family-friendly Korean restaurant in Gwangyo-dong, Incheon: Hantiok
In short
Hantiok Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch is a Korean restaurant on basement level 1 of Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch in Gwangyo-dong, Michuhol, Incheon. The bossam set meal at 22,000 won, the Andong guksu noodles at 15,000 won and the Andong gukbap at 14,000 won were all ordered together: the bossam pork was tender enough for a child to eat happily, and the Andong gukbap came in a spicy broth loaded with ugeoji (dried cabbage greens) and Korean beef. What the Hantiok dining room is like

Hantiok Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch is a Korean restaurant located on basement level 1 of Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch. There are plenty of restaurants on that floor, but this one's menu leans toward Korean dishes that are easy to eat with kids and parents, so it's a great pick for a family meal. Hantiok menu and prices

The menu covers bossam (boiled pork wraps), gukbap (soup with rice), seolleongtang, gomtang, noodles, bibimbap and more, available as set meals or single orders, so you can go big or keep it simple.
- Bossam set meal ₩22,000
- Andong guksu (single) ₩15,000
- Andong gukbap (single) ₩14,000

Bossam set meal, 22,000 won

Order the bossam set and you get the main dish, rice, and soup together for a hearty meal. Tofu and dumplings come with it too, so you can enjoy a good variety.

The bossam pork was so soft and delicious that even the kid ate it well, and adults will love it wrapped with kimchi. The accompanying soup is loaded with meat and vegetables.
Andong guksu noodles, 15,000 won

Andong guksu (Andong-style noodles) is a soft, savory dish topped with zucchini and meat garnish. It's actually Hantiok's signature menu — once you try it, you'll want it again. It's especially good to share with kids, since the noodles are really soft and easy to digest, so we end up eating it often~
Andong gukbap, 14,000 won

Andong gukbap is Hantiok's best-selling menu, with a spicy broth packed full of ugeoji and Korean beef. Even after having gukbap the day before, this one made me think 'wait, THIS is the real deal' — it's that impressive. It's great as a hangover cure and also perfect whenever you're craving a hot bowl of soup.
Is Hantiok Incheon worth it for a family meal?
An upscale Korean restaurant that's still great value. Can gukbap really be this refined and delicious? Hantiok pours care into every single dish — I already loved this place, but running into it at Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch made it even more welcome~ How about a comfortable, unhurried dinner at the department store tonight :p
