Haeundae restaurant with honey-pistachio jambon pizza: Bueokgan

Today I'm bringing a story about eating good food again after a while and spending some relaxed time in a nice-vibe space. This time I went to Bueokgan Haeundae Branch.

I've been to several Bueokgan branches before, and this Haeundae location was personally the prettiest interior design of all the Bueokgan branches I've visited, so I felt good the moment I walked in. 🌿✨

I visited while looking for a nice-atmosphere restaurant in Haeundae, and the food was tasty and the space was pretty, so I took a ton of photos. It's especially good for ordering several dishes like pasta and pizza to share, so it seemed like a fine spot for a meal with friends, a date, or a family outing.

Bueokgan Haeundae Branch is on the 2nd floor of 200, Dalmaji-gil117beon-gil, Haeundae-gu, Busan. I visited after looking for a place to eat in Haeundae.

Each Bueokgan branch has a slightly different atmosphere, and the Haeundae branch felt clean and emotional even before going in, which got me excited. It seemed like a good spot to stop by for a nice meal after shopping or a date in Haeundae.

What is the interior of Bueokgan Haeundae Branch like?

What I liked most about Bueokgan Haeundae Branch that day was the interior. Even before stepping inside, the space already felt pretty.

Of all the Bueokgan branches I've visited so far, the Haeundae branch felt the prettiest. 🤍 The overall mood came through nicely in photos, so I ended up taking several shots of the space itself, not just the food.

Once inside, the atmosphere was even better than I expected. It was clean yet warm, so it felt comfortable throughout the meal, and it wasn't too formal a restaurant vibe, so it was easy to visit without pressure.

It seemed good for meeting a friend to chat and eat, and also fine for a date. Above all, I liked that the space itself was pretty, so you could enjoy the atmosphere along with tasty food. 🌿

What we ordered at Bueokgan and what it cost

That day at Bueokgan Haeundae Branch I ordered three dishes total — pasta, pizza, and a side. We sat down at the table and slowly picked out the menu.

As the dishes started coming out one by one, the table filled up fast. 🤎 Ordering pizza and pasta together really does make the table feel good the moment it's fully spread out. We took plenty of photos and then dug in properly.

🍝 Shrimp rosé pasta, 20,000 won

First up, the shrimp rosé pasta I was most looking forward to that day. I like rosé pasta's soft sauce and savory flavor, so it's a dish I eat often anyway.

At Bueokgan Haeundae Branch I tried the shrimp rosé pasta with shrimp mixed in. 🦐🍝 The sauce looked generous, so it seemed like it would go well with the noodles.

I twirled the noodles onto my fork for a bite, and the soft, savory flavor characteristic of rosé sauce really came through. Eating shrimp in between added a bouncy texture that I liked.

It paired well with the pizza too. Personally I felt the pizza had a slightly richer flavor while the pasta felt soft, so switching between the two kept me eating without getting tired of either. 🤍 If you're looking for a good restaurant in Haeundae and craving pasta, this dish might be worth checking out.

🍕 Jambon pizza with honey and pistachio, 24,000 won

And then the jambon pizza that caught the eye the most at the table that day. 🍕 It felt like a shame to skip the pizza menu when coming to Bueokgan, so I ordered jambon pizza again this time.

With jambon (ham) on top, it felt a bit different from a regular pizza. The dough and toppings went well together, so if you're visiting with several people, it would be good to order one whole pizza to share.

📸🍕 Taking a bite, the savory saltiness of the jambon and the pizza's nutty flavor went well together. Adding in the honey and pistachio served alongside gave it a sweet-and-savory twist that made it interesting. If you like a sweet-and-salty combo, this one might be for you. 🍯

Ordering pasta and pizza together was nice because one side was soft and savory rosé pasta and the other was salty and sweet pizza, each with its own charm.

🍠 Sweet potato fries, 8,000 won

Can't leave out the sweet potato fries ordered as a side. Crispy on the outside with the soft, sweet flavor characteristic of sweet potato inside.

Good for picking at while waiting for the main dishes, and also good for pairing bites of in between the pasta and pizza. It was a dish where I kept reaching for one more piece than I expected. 🍠🤎 If you like sweet potato, it's worth ordering as a side.

How well did the three dishes work together?

Seeing all three dishes laid out together like this really makes the table look full. 🤎

Visiting Bueokgan Haeundae Branch this time, the food was tasty, but personally what stuck with me most was the store atmosphere. I've been to other Bueokgan branches before, and among all the ones I've visited, this Haeundae branch's interior design felt the prettiest.

So I ended up taking lots of photos of the atmosphere all around the store, not just the food. 📸✨ It seems like a good option for meeting a friend for a good meal in Haeundae, or for finding a nice-atmosphere spot on a date. Being able to order several dishes like pasta and pizza to share also felt like an advantage.
