Konkuk gelato café for strawberry flavors: Beurre Beurre

Today, I heard that the ice cream shop I used to visit often in Seongsu had opened in Konkuk Rodeo too, so I went to check it out. Whenever I visited Seongsu, I loved buying a Beurre Beurre ice cream and putting it inside a salt bread!!

Konkuk has lots of great restaurants too, and this seems like such a perfect place for dessert after a good meal!! It is seriously delicious. I recommend it! I have tried almost 80% of the flavors at least once, so let me introduce my favorite menu items.

American-style exterior and a wide menu

Isn't the exterior so pretty? It looks exactly like it would appear in an American-concept music video, which I love. The inside is decorated to be great for photos too. There are so many flavors!! Most of them are delicious, and the strawberry flavors are the number one among every ice cream I have tried. So delicious!

You order your flavors at the kiosk. Lots of people only order gelato here, but I really hope you will order a cookie at least once too. They are seriously rich and delicious—such an American-style cookie!!

If you love really sweet chocolate-chip cookies, you have to try one. It is seriously good. The Americano is also reasonably priced at ₩1,900, so please try the cookie and Americano together.

They have coffee and drinks well covered, and the main attraction, the ice cream, is right at the front. We were full this time, so we had single cups, but people usually get doubles! A double is really a generous amount. So delicious.

When two people visit, it is kind of understood that you each order different flavors and share them, so you get to try four flavors in total. I love that!

There are so many drink options, right? Haha. I did not know they had bingsu (shaved ice dessert), so I need to try it later. Like I said earlier, I love Beurre Beurre's strawberry flavors, so I often order Eomchinddal, and now I find out it comes as bingsu too—I absolutely need to come back for it. I Love So Matcha is delicious too.

They have a cookie set here too. I hope you try ordering the cookie set sometime.

The shop is very cute and kept nice and clean. The gelato is also kept nicely chilled in the freezer.

How are Cheese Ro Berry and Vanilla Choco Swing?

There are seriously so many flavors. I always end up wondering what to get, hahaha. Since they are all gelato, they are generally chewy and delicious. The strawberry and chocolate flavors especially do not taste like syrup; you can really bite into the strawberry and chocolate, which I love.

My favorite: Cheese Ro Berry

My favorite menu item, Cheese Ro Berry!! It combines cheesecake and strawberry flavors, and it is truly delicious. I also like Gone with the Wind at Baskin-Robbins and I love cheese flavors, so this is my favorite. But I also love how well you can bite into the strawberries. This ice cream is packed generously with strawberries.

Vanilla Choco Swing

The person I visited with chose Vanilla Choco Swing, which combines vanilla and chocolate flavors. It is really delicious. There is plenty of chocolate in it, and the vanilla is soft and tasty too. It has a cookies-and-cream kind of feel, but with a different flavor!! Give it a try.

It had melted a little, but you can see how chewy the ice cream looks, right? A single cup is a satisfying amount too! But getting a double is so satisfying. It is seriously delicious!
