It's the ultimate rice-thief and the perfect drinking snack, so I couldn't resist starting on the soju in broad daylight~! 🍶 A perfect samgyeopsal spot in Seonam-dong for a happy weekend drink to relieve stress!

The kkodeulsal was bursting with juice..!! The chewy texture was outstanding, and the savory flavor that popped with every bite was excellent.

Dipped lightly in salt, you could fully taste the meat's natural flavor, and it was truly delicious. A taste that instantly explains why kkodeulsal is such a popular cut!

Whether eaten with the sweet-and-spicy pickled scallions or wrapped in lettuce, it was perfection itself~! From the side dishes to the meat quality, everything was excellent — the best combo you can keep eating endlessly!

No need to say how great meat plus rice is — I finished a whole bowl in no time!

Highly recommend lettuce with pork belly and shredded scallions! Pairing it with pickled onions was also incredibly savory~!

Kimchi grilled golden in the meat fat, paired with the meat, is the best! Grilled kimchi is an absolute must when eating meat~!

The button mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms were juicy too, holding their own right alongside the meat.

Finishing with bibim naengmyeon for 7,000 won

📌Dessert bibim naengmyeon ₩7,000. Naengmyeon (cold noodles) as a finish after meat is always the best~! When you order the bibim version, they give you broth too!

As a dessert, the portion was just right, so it was easy to enjoy without feeling too full.

The noodles were springy and chewy, and the spicy-sweet-and-sour sauce was really delicious. Wrapping the naengmyeon with meat made for the perfect finish!
