Singsing Salad Yeouido Branch is a 5-minute walk from Exit 5 of Yeouido Station. It hasn't been open long, but sitting on the 1st floor of the Baeksang Building near Yeouido Station and IFC Mall gives this salad-and-poke spot really great accessibility 💝
The inside isn't huge, but it felt cozy and warm. If you avoid the lunch peak, it seems easy to grab a seat and eat inside. I went at the slightly awkward hour of 4:30pm and got seated with no trouble.
By evening, delivery orders were pouring in nonstop. It seems like a lot of nearby Yeouido office workers order delivery, because the poke/salad/pasta menu is popular for both lunch and dinner.

I wasn't feeling great that day, so instead of my usual clean poke bowl I wanted something hearty and satisfying — I picked the chili stir-fried pasta salad, and ordered the pumpkin cream soup alongside it to soothe my stomach.

I love having a warm soup alongside poke or salad, and that day I originally wanted to add a wrap sandwich too, but they'd already sold out from earlier orders 🥲 I'll definitely try the wrap sandwich next time.
I've been consciously trying to cut back on zero-sugar cola lately, and I don't usually drink much of it with a meal, but I ordered one to go with the spicy food. They even gave me a cup of ice — so thoughtful 🥰
