I was out looking for a place where my boyfriend and I could enjoy good food along with a variety of drinks, so we headed to Long Time No See Dangsan Branch :)
The sign outside caught my eye even while just walking by. Once inside, the soft lighting and cozy atmosphere seemed perfect for chatting with friends over drinks haha. What I liked most was that this place lets you enjoy so many different kinds of alcohol!

What does Long Time No See look like inside?
The interior of Long Time No See Dangsan Branch is decorated with soft lighting, giving it a comfortable overall feel,
and it felt more like a relaxed spot to sit and chat than a loud, bustling one. We came for a date, but I could easily see this being a great spot for a gathering with friends too :)
How the bar works, and the free popcorn
Before ordering, we checked the store's usage guide at our table first. The basic snack that came out was popcorn,
and this popcorn was tastier than I expected haha. We munched on it while deciding what to order.
This place uses an NFC ordering system.
It was neat being able to check the menu and order comfortably at our own pace!

We ordered a half-and-half pizza along with a good spread of side dishes. The half-and-half option lets you pick two flavors for one pizza, so it was great for choosing according to our tastes. I went with Hawaiian, my boyfriend picked mashed potato, and we ordered the sweet potato crust haha.
What's in the self-serve zone? Beer, highballs and wine
The self-serve zone at Long Time No See Dangsan Branch has everything from beer to highballs to wine. While waiting for the food, we checked out the space where you can pour your own drinks.
The variety was bigger than I expected! With beer, highballs, and wine all available, I liked that you could choose whatever suited your mood.
Among them, I picked the Don Luciano moscato sparkling wine 🍷 My boyfriend had to drive, so he stuck with cider. Since I was drinking wine and he had cider, it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't enjoy alcohol together ㅠㅠ Still, it was nice that we could each choose our own drink.
By the way, the self-serve zone had hutgae-su (raisin tree fruit tea) instead of water. It felt very fitting for a place that lets you enjoy so many different drinks haha.
The basic popcorn snack was refillable as much as we wanted, so we kept snacking on it while waiting for the food!
How does the half-and-half pizza with sweet potato crust taste?
The food we ordered finally arrived! Since it was a half-and-half pizza, we could enjoy two flavors at once, which was great. But most of all, the pizza dough was really chewy and delicious.
I loved the texture of the dough, and with the sweet potato crust, even the edges were tasty to eat. Both the Hawaiian and mashed potato flavors had their own charm, so it was fun switching back and forth between them.
If you're a pizza lover, I'd definitely recommend trying the half-and-half menu with a combination that suits your taste :)
Cheese oven spaghetti and fried corn
We also had the cheese oven spaghetti and corn fritters we ordered as sides.
It felt like a waste to only order pizza, so we added sides too, and the portion size and overall quality were satisfying.
Eating the pizza together with the side dishes let us enjoy a variety of flavors, and it was more than filling enough for two haha. We walked out today absolutely stuffed but happy 😂
Final thoughts on Long Time No See Dangsan Branch
From the eye-catching sign outside to the cozy, softly lit interior, Long Time No See was a place I really liked.
I especially loved being able to enjoy a variety of beers, highballs, and wine, and picking my own drinks in the self-serve zone was fun too.
The pizza dough was chewy and delicious, and the side dishes were satisfying in both portion and quality. My boyfriend couldn't join me for wine because he was driving, but next time I'd love to try more of the other menu items and drinks together :) A place I've bookmarked to visit again — Long Time No See Dangsan Branch! 🍕🍷
