After being shown to our seats, we sat comfortably and slowly looked through the menu. The side dish lineup ranged from beef intestine skewers to butter garlic king shrimp to beef tataki, so it was fun just picking. We went with the handmade chicken skewers and pork belly scallion skewers we'd had our eye on before visiting, plus a hot clam nabe.

The pale broth was packed with fresh clams,,,, I think it would've been just as delicious with added noodles!

The soft, buttery flavor melted fully into the broth along with the clams' natural sweetness, giving it a deep, rich taste.

Nani Byeolgwan's signature handmade skewers are chicken skewers at ₩15,000 and pork belly scallion skewers at ₩15,000. Next came the skewers, grilled golden with charcoal smokiness!

The chicken skewers locked in the juices inside, crispy outside and tender inside with no dryness at all — so delicious!

The pork belly scallion skewers had fragrant scallions packed tightly inside savory pork belly, and the crunch and clean taste were truly the best.

The handmade skewers were deeply seasoned with a special tare sauce, salty and sweet, right down to the meat — the seasoning was just right. The skewers overall were so good that,,,, I'd really recommend ordering skewers plus another soup dish if you come here!!

Dipping it lightly in the soft mayo sauce served under the skewer plate made the savory flavor even better — sealed.
