Wirye Central Plaza draws all kinds of people — families, couples on dates, coworkers grabbing a meal — so this is a flavor pretty much anyone would like!! Just looking at it, the toppings are so generous it looks incredibly appetizing!!

With so many different toppings, even one slice delivered a really full, layered flavor in every bite.

What I personally loved was the ranch sauce that pairs so well with it! They said it's a house-made sauce made by prepping herbs and blending several ingredients in-store.

Pairing the pizza's rich flavor with the smooth, savory ranch sauce let me enjoy a whole different taste. Dipping the crust end in the sauce was great too.

When pizza alone isn't quite enough, here's a recommended side — tomato cheese spaghetti!

Pizza alone felt like it might not be quite enough, so I also ordered the tomato cheese spaghetti.

If you're visiting as a group, I'd recommend adding sides like this to share a variety rather than just ordering one thing.

One downside: driving meant no pizza and beer

Just one downside!! I couldn't have a cold pi-maek (pizza + beer).

The biggest bummer that day was that I'd driven there. (And the parking lot is this spacious, with 3 hours free...)

Because pizza's best friend is, of course, a cold beer.

Jackson Pizza Wirye Branch also has Budweiser on draft, so next time I really want to do proper pi-maek.
