In short
Shabu20 Daegu Bokhyeon branch is an all-you-can-eat beef shabu-shabu restaurant on Gonghang-ro in Buk-gu, Daegu. I visited for a late weekday lunch, tried the shabu-shabu, Vietnamese spring rolls, and salad bar, and especially liked the tender beef and freshly made dakgangjeong.

While choosing a place to eat after meeting an acquaintance in Daegu, I went to Shabu20 Daegu Bokhyeon branch (샤브20 대구복현점). I chose it because it offers unlimited beef and a varied salad bar.

The place I visited was Shabu20 Daegu Bokhyeon branch, at 79 Gonghang-ro in Buk-gu, Daegu, near Daegu Airport.

Is it comfortable to visit for a late lunch?
I visited just after weekday lunch hours. With no break time, it was easy to fit into my schedule. Even on a weekday afternoon, more people than I expected were eating there.

The restaurant was large and spacious, so it did not feel crowded or stuffy despite the number of diners.

What is included in the all-you-can-eat meal?
In addition to beef and pork, I could have unlimited Vietnamese spring rolls, vegetables, drinks, desserts, draft beer, and ice cream. I chose two broths, turned on the heat, and looked around the self-service bar.

There was a separate area with children's tableware and phone stands, and plenty of high chairs were available.
The self-service bar was divided into several sections. The vegetable section had fresh shabu-shabu ingredients and vegetables for Vietnamese spring rolls, while the meat section let me take as much beef as I wanted.

What stood out at the salad bar?
There were appetite-opening dishes such as minari muchim (seasoned water parsley), muk muchim (seasoned acorn jelly), and salmon salad.

There was also fried rice, pasta, and tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes). The salad bar dishes I brought back suited my taste well.

Along with the beef, the dakgangjeong (sweet crispy fried chicken) stood out. I especially liked eating it warm when it had just come out.

There were various salads and tteok (rice cakes) for dessert. I enjoyed the rice cakes too, and the child who came with me especially liked them.

How were the beef shabu-shabu and Vietnamese spring rolls?
I first brought back the ingredients I needed, added vegetables to the broth, and then added the meat. Since I could keep getting beef, I put in more than usual at once.

The meat was tender and tasty. There were also many sauces, which made it fun to eat the same meat in different ways. I kept refilling from the self-service bar and regretted getting full.

I also wrapped meat in Vietnamese spring rolls. I had enjoyed another branch in the past, and this meal was satisfying too, so I would like to return.

Can dessert be taken out?
I had ice cream and coffee for dessert. I liked that both could be taken out. I ate so filling a meal that day that I could not eat dinner separately.

Where can you park?
Parking was available directly in front of, beside, and behind the restaurant. The restaurant used the entire building, which made parking convenient for me.

What are the weekday prices and hours?
Based on the original post written on Sep 4, 2026, weekday lunch was ₩22,900 and dinner was ₩26,900. You could choose the broth. The listed hours were daily from 11:00 to 22:00, with last orders at 20:50; it operated year-round without a break time.

At the time, there was also information about a “Shasha Event” entered through receipt verification. It was a giveaway event with Chanel prizes.
