Seating and how to order at Furg Pizza

The inside of Furg Pizza Inha University Station branch isn't very big — two 4-person tables and one 2-person table. It can hold up to 10 people, but if you're planning to visit with a large group, it's a good idea to call ahead.

You order at the kiosk, and if you're not sure what to get,

there's a banner right next to it with photos and the menu listed together, so you can decide from that. Having it laid out like that made it much easier to pick~

If you're unsure about size, there's a box at the counter you can check before ordering! Takeout orders come with a pickle, parmesan, and hot sauce each as standard, while dine-in comes with a pickle, hot sauce, parmesan, and garlic dipping sauce each. Also, Furg Pizza is a cashless store for fast, easy payment, so you can pay by card or bank transfer.

Beer and the sauces on the table

You can also drink beer at the store. There's no draft beer, only cans! For sauces there's ranch, chipotle, garlic, truffle, hot sauce, and parmesan — quite a variety. Next time I'll definitely add the truffle.

When you're done eating, just leave your dishes at the return stand next to the kiosk.

Every table has napkins, plastic gloves, forks, knives, plates, and cups, which was convenient. The plastic gloves were my favorite part.

What the half-and-half XR pizza includes

We ordered the half-and-half in XR size, split between Deutsch Wheelet Potato pizza and Quattro Cheese Fire Chicken pizza, plus a sweet potato gold ring crust add-on. It comes out to 6 slices total! We got garlic dipping sauce, pickles, and

hot sauce and parmesan cheese too, so there was plenty of variety to enjoy.

Deutsch Wheelet Potato pizza: how it tastes

Deutsch Wheelet Potato pizza. It has wedge potatoes, smoked sausage, bacon chips, and even yogurt sauce drizzled on top — the yogurt sauce is slightly tangy, which balances out the pizza's richness perfectly. It's sweet, salty, and savory all at once. Highly recommend if you like potato pizza. I'm not usually someone who seeks out potato pizza, but this one was delicious…

The wedge potatoes were coated in breadcrumbs on the outside, so they were crispy yet moist with a satisfying chew. Just like it says outside, it's bagel dough, so the bread was chewy and delicious. I really love chewy bread and I've tried plenty of places that claim chewy pizza dough, but not many actually satisfy me. Furg passes.

Remember we added the sweet potato gold ring crust? The crust edge is thin and crispy, but with sweet potato mousse on top, it felt like eating a whole different bread. My friend never eats the pizza crust, but this was the first time she ate it all the way to the end because it tasted so good.

How spicy is the Quattro Cheese Fire Chicken pizza?

Quattro Cheese Fire Chicken pizza. I thought, how spicy could it really be? But this pizza was surprisingly spicy. This one really lives up to its name — spicy like actual fire chicken, haha. The 4-cheese blend gives it a rich flavor at first, then the aged chicken thigh in fire chicken sauce hits hard, and that's when things go wild. If you take a bite of the sweet potato part at the end, it balances out again and becomes really appealing.

If it's too spicy, you can dip it in garlic dipping sauce or sprinkle on parmesan cheese. I think it would also go really well with ranch sauce. It's also fun to bite into the occasional bit of corn in the middle.

The potato and fire chicken combination worked really well — I think we picked the flavors perfectly. Both my friend and I enjoyed it so much we want to go back again. 100% revisit rating. Everyone should try it at least once. If you're looking for a pizza restaurant near Inha University, I highly recommend Furg Pizza.
