Straight hair iron perm & down perm for men at Ieum, Bupyeong

Ieum Men's Hair Bupyeong is a men's-only hair salon on Sijang-ro near Bupyeong Station in Incheon. The blogger's husband, who has straight hair, consulted with Manager Yubin and got an iron perm on the back, a down perm on the sides, plus volume and hair-direction correction at the crown and fringe. Now he just washes and dries it in the morning and the style falls into place, cutting his getting-ready time way down.

The Greek tomato basil bagel was sold out, but the sweet-and-salty salt bread and breezy terrace alone were reason enough to come back.

HOKATSU is a yogurt-aged tonkatsu restaurant on Seogot-ro in Geomdan, Incheon. The writer ordered the favorite katsu (tenderloin katsu plus cheese katsu) with a mini curry and shrimp tempura added on, eating freshly fried tonkatsu with her mom during a quiet 2pm slot. Between the natural-cheese cheese katsu and the thick tenderloin katsu drizzled with truffle oil, this has stayed her go-to spot for nearly ten years.

This is a place I'd revisit 100% for a work dinner or a late-night meal.
