What kind of place is Eopu Kitchen? A second-floor Western restaurant near Seohaegucheong Station, Incheon

Eopu Kitchen is a pasta-and-steak Western restaurant on the 2nd floor of 243 Seunghak-ro, Seohae-gu, Incheon. It's already won several awards and is a famous pasta spot in Seohae-gu, Incheon!!

I feel like the name Eopu Kitchen ('eopu' being the sound of swimming/paddling in Korean) was born from being so obsessed with pasta they're basically swimming in it — and honestly, they really are serious about their pasta haha

The restaurant is really clean and the staff were super friendly, so I had a genuinely satisfying meal here~! haha

Ordering at the table kiosk: what's on the Eopu Kitchen menu?

At Eopu Kitchen you order conveniently through the kiosk installed at each table!

There's broadly pasta, pizza, steak, risotto, and salads on the menu!

There's a wide variety of pasta and risotto dishes, so anyone who loves Western food will be very happy!

We ordered the pork shoulder steak salad and Eopu Kitchen's signature panne pasta, with the sauce changed to basil shrimp cream as an add-on option!!

We also ordered a lemonade, which was great for refreshing our palate in between bites haha

Pre-meal bread, pickles and lemonade at Eopu Kitchen

The pre-meal bread and drinks came out really fast haha The pickles and dipping oil also arrived properly, so I got to enjoy the warm bread deliciously!

The lemonade was tangy and sweet, and really good haha It felt like they make the lemon syrup by hand!

How big is the panne pasta? Generous enough for two

Eopu Kitchen's signature panne pasta showed up first haha

It came in what you'd have to call a large bowl rather than a plate — a huge, hearty oven dish with a genuinely large portion haha It was more than plenty for two people, very satisfying!!

Then the pork shoulder steak salad came out too, and the salad was also loaded with vegetables — and especially the pork shoulder portion was massive, so we got a proper protein boost too!! haha

How the basil shrimp cream sauce option tastes

Maybe because Eopu Kitchen is really serious about pasta, the noodles came out plump and cooked just chewy enough!!

It was soaked in basil cream and genuinely delicious — a dish overflowing with the charm of chewy yet soft pasta haha

There were also 5–6 plump, firm shrimp mixed in, so you got that springy shrimp texture alongside everything else!!

The basil cream was so smooth and gently fragrant with basil it could pretty much be eaten on its own like a soup — good, good!! haha

If you love basil, I highly recommend switching to basil cream when you order the panne!!

Dipping the bread generously into the moist cream and taking a bite filled my mouth with happiness!! haha

Why you should add the pork shoulder steak salad

Eopu Kitchen's pork shoulder steak salad has a genuinely huge portion and the pork shoulder itself is so generous that I really recommend ordering it alongside the pasta!

Crisp, fresh vegetable salad topped with pork shoulder steak full of smoky char — it was properly done and I ate it so happily haha

The combination of crunchy vegetables with the chewy, savory pork shoulder steak was absolutely the best!! haha

You also get tomato, pineapple, and roasted potato alongside it, which made for even more variety in flavor and texture!

Is Eopu Kitchen in Incheon worth a visit?

Eopu Kitchen is a place where you can properly taste a hearty variety of ingredients, and the pasta was really rich in flavor and delicious!!

The atmosphere is great and the staff are friendly, so I'm planning to come again with my parents next time!! I hope everyone gets to enjoy a delicious, happy, and filling time at Eopu Kitchen!!
