Gijang outlet restaurant with stroller-friendly sofa seats: Bueokgan
In short
Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets is a Western restaurant at the far end of the 1st floor of the Gijang outlet mall, right next to the Wine Cave. Wide spacing between tables, wall-side sofa seats and baby chairs meant a stroller could roll straight in for a family meal of seafood tomato pasta, jambon pizza and kung pao chicken pilaf. Even the writer's mother, who rarely enjoys Western food, cleared her plate — the quality at Bueokgan is well above the usual outlet mall restaurant.

The brutal summer heat is finally over! Lately it's been perfect weather for getting outside. We were shopping at the outlet when hunger hit, so we stopped by Bueokgan Restaurant, a Western restaurant known as one of the best spots to eat in Gijang.

Where is Bueokgan in Busan Premium Outlets, and what are the hours?

<How to find Bueokgan easily> Facing the main plaza of the Premium Outlets, walk straight to the far right end of the 1st floor. It's next to the UGG store — next to the escalator, tucked in the back ⭐️ Right beside the 'Wine Cave' shown in the photo above.
Can you bring a stroller into Bueokgan? Sofa seats and baby chairs

Open the door and the sleek yet cozy vibe grabs your attention right away!

Baby chairs are, of course, available.

A spacious, relaxed layout that makes it obvious why this is such a well-known Gijang restaurant for going with kids and babies! The sofa seats backed against the wall are comfortable, and the wide spacing between tables makes it easy to wheel a stroller through — plus the whole place is roomy, so you can eat without feeling cramped.
Bueokgan menu, signature dishes and corkage policy

I've been to Bueokgan Restaurant many times, and honestly, nothing on the menu misses. The 'jambon pizza' stands out as unique — the jambon (ham) is light and clean, lightly drizzled with a sweet sauce, giving it a flavor you won't find elsewhere, so I recommend trying it. Since the dough is handmade, even the crust ends are delicious!
Also, corkage is free for up to 3 bottles, and it's ₩15,000 per bottle from the 4th one on. A great place to enjoy good food and good drinks without feeling burdened—
Honest review: seafood tomato pasta, jambon pizza and kung pao chicken pilaf

Seafood tomato pasta at Bueokgan
We came to this Gijang Western restaurant for a family meal, and since my mom isn't great with Western food, I picked something safe for her. So I ordered the kung pao chicken pilaf thinking of her — but she ended up eating this pasta straight off the plate hahaha. The sauce has great balance with a touch of spice, so it seems like a dish nobody could dislike. It's even good for dipping pizza into the tomato sauce, hehe.

Jambon pizza at Bueokgan
Not too salty, with light, clean jambon and plenty of good-quality cheese piled on top, then sun-dried tomatoes and a sweet syrup drizzled over it. It's a great dish for eating with kids and babies, and a pizza I'd recommend to anyone — no one dislikes it!

Kung pao chicken pilaf at Bueokgan
A Chinese-style pilaf with the spicy aroma of dried chili and whole peppercorns coming together — it's pretty addictive! Honestly, if this had been dinner, it would've been perfect with a beer.

The whole chicken leg on top is so tender and soft it practically falls apart with a fork — like it was pulled straight out of a well-simmered whole chicken soup! The rice in the pilaf is firm and slightly pressed, so if you can handle a bit of spice, you'll definitely love it.
Is Bueokgan worth it for a family meal at the Gijang outlet?

Outlet restaurants usually leave something to be desired taste-wise, but we cleaned every plate — the quality was that good. Even my mom, who isn't into Western food, enjoyed it, which made me proud as her daughter ❤️ If your legs are tired and your energy is gone after shopping at the Shinsegae Outlet, I recommend this Gijang Western restaurant where you can eat comfortably even with a baby or kids. That's it for this post!
