Weekend brunch atmosphere and seating at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch
We visited during weekend brunch hours, and this Seongbuk brunch restaurant was packed at lunchtime. With its modern interior, some people were enjoying brunch solo, while others came as families thanks to the baby chairs — it really felt like a favorite spot near Mia Sageori.

37.5 Signature Mia Branch menu and what we ordered
The menu board of 37.5 Signature, a Seongbuk brunch spot. From brunch to French toast, pasta, risotto, pizza, salad, and steak, it makes for a great Western-food restaurant near Mia Sageori.

- Hearty American-style brunch ₩18,900
- Mont Blanc pollock roe cream pasta ₩23,900

From sweet brunch to light oil pasta, rich cream pasta, and filling steak, there's something for every taste. Since it was our first visit, we ordered the signature brunch and pasta.

Hearty all-American brunch, 18,900 won
Lemon pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, soft hash browns, and salad. With so many sides, it's a proper American-style brunch that's plenty for two to share.

Drizzle a little maple syrup over the pancakes and French toast for a sweet, soft flavor that pairs beautifully with coffee. Perfect for enjoying brunch with coffee, haha.

Grapefruit, salad, cherry tomatoes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and jam. We started with the salad before the bread, and it paired so well with the fruit — this is definitely a Gireum Station brunch spot worth returning to.

Mont Blanc pollock roe cream pasta, 23,900 won: why panne bread is the signature
Next up, the Mont Blanc pollock roe cream pasta. A signature dish where you can enjoy crispy bread and salad all at once, and it looks as good as it tastes.

Nice touch that they also serve a generous amount of sauce separately. Thanks to that, we really got to enjoy more of the creamy pollock roe cream sauce, haha.

When the creaminess of the panne pasta got a bit rich, the refreshing salad was great to pair with it, so we ate them together without needing to order salad separately.

The panne bread soaks up the sauce, and the moist inside is honestly amazing. Crispy outside, chewy inside — dipping it in the cream sauce made it even better, and the pollock roe cut through the richness nicely.

Is 37.5 Signature Mia Branch worth a brunch date?
This place really knows how to bake bread — so crispy. As a true Seongbuk favorite, the brunch is delicious, but I now get why the panne pasta is the signature dish. If you're looking for a nice-atmosphere Seongbuk brunch spot near Mia Sageori or Gireum Station, I highly recommend 37.5 Signature Mia Branch.
