If you're looking for a brunch spot in Seongbuk with a great atmosphere and clean, delicious food, 37.5 Signature Mia Branch has built a word-of-mouth reputation as the neighborhood favorite! I visited for Friday brunch with my parents. It's right next to the back entrance of Hyundai Department Store Mia branch, so it's easy to find. And even if you come by car, there's plenty of free parking, making it a Seongbuk brunch spot you can enjoy without any parking worries.

A wide, comfortable space that's perfect for conversation

The moment you walk in, you can feel the upscale yet warm, soft atmosphere. Even though we came early in the morning, the window seats were already filled. Truly a certified neighborhood favorite ^.^

Not only is the space itself spacious, but the gaps between tables are generous too, so it's great for chatting comfortably. Thanks to the clean interior, it's also perfect for wedding invitation gatherings or family outings with kids! Water, napkins and wet wipes, and empty plates are set out on one side, so you can use them whenever you need.

When taking your parents along, a reservation is a must, just in case! Luckily, we managed to snag a window seat. Ordering is done via the tablet on the table. Let's take a look at the menu at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch~~

From steak to kimchi fried rice, a menu with something for every taste

There's a wide variety of Western dishes, plus kimchi fried rice, which no Korean can do without. Isn't the menu lineup really varied? I agonized over what to order and told my mom and dad to each pick something too, haha. The drink options were satisfying too, with plenty for everyone to enjoy regardless of age. As for me, since I need my caffeine, it was iced latte, no question ^^

Tasting the best-seller menu that won over my parents too

☕️ Mom had hot americano, I had iced. Coffee is a bit bitter for my mom, so I asked the owner for hot water and diluted it several times so she could drink it lightly.

🥗 Classic American brunch. This is the textbook brunch set, packing in all the good stuff: fluffy French toast and pancakes with sweet honey syrup, scrambled eggs, salty bacon and sausage, and hash browns. Every single component was fresh, and all three of us enjoyed it without any complaints. I'm definitely ordering this brunch again next time!

🍝 Mont Blanc pollack roe cream pasta. Mont Blanc bread is delicious on its own, but paired with pollack roe cream sauce? Even better, right😋 Loved that they gave extra sauce so we wouldn't run out of cream sauce! The bread was crispy too, so I diligently tore off the top and ate it.

With cream pasta, there are times you get sick of the sauce and want to stop eating, but as you can see in the photo, the pollack roe cream sauce at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch isn't too thick. That actually makes it less cloying, so even my parents didn't find it heavy and this ended up being their favorite dish of the meal!

🍕 Gorgonzola pizza. A salty, richly flavorful gorgonzola pizza on a thin, crispy crust. I personally love thin crust, so this was super satisfying. Honey is already drizzled on the pizza as served, but if you want it sweeter, dip it in the syrup provided. My dad seemed to love it too, dunking every slice in the syrup~ I thought we'd have leftovers to take home, but it all disappeared😁

Thanks to the varied menu that has something for everyone, this was really the best choice for taking my parents out. The atmosphere, portion sizes, and taste all exceeded expectations, so I'm planning to come back soon to try the other dishes!
