Today I visited a bar that's apparently super hot right now! It's so popular and has such a well-put-together vibe that I went in with high expectations. The menu was really varied and the value was excellent too, so it exceeded my expectations. Let me introduce you to Coco's~
Exterior and location of Coco's near Sungshin Women's University
📍Exterior📍 It's located on the 2nd floor of a building, and even from a distance it gave off a real hot-spot vibe! The exterior was sleek and clean, so I liked it from the first impression.

Even looking up from outside, the place looked pretty big, which gave a nice sense of openness. Looking at the sign out front, the prices for the food looked really reasonable too. Oh, and as you'd expect from a hot spot, ID checks are required at entry, so make sure to bring yours if you're planning to visit!

Interior vibe, seating, and the smoking room
🪞Interior🪞 I went up the stairs to the 2nd floor and opened the door, and even on a weekday it was packed with customers and buzzing with energy! There's also a clean indoor smoking room set up inside the restaurant, so smokers don't need to go all the way down to the ground floor — that seemed super convenient.

Just like it looked from outside, the interior was really spacious — I was surprised. The seating was well thought out too, from single seats to generously sized group tables, so it seemed like a great spot for a friend gathering or a work dinner.

The air conditioning was blasting too, so the interior was really cool and comfortable. The staff were also full of energy and super friendly, so I felt good from the moment I walked in~

Menu board and the food we ordered
📓Menu📓 Ordering is done via a kiosk installed at each table, so it was really convenient — just a few taps.

The food categories were really varied — soups, fried dishes, pizza, fresh dishes, and more. Considering today's prices, isn't it really cheap and reasonable? With such affordable prices, I freely picked out whatever I wanted to eat.

Aged salmon sashimi and a Jim Beam highball
🥣Food🥣 Before the main dishes came out, we ordered a cool Jim Beam highball first! A Jim Beam highball never fails, haha.

Finally, the first main dish arrived — the salmon. The visual alone, glistening with a shiny glaze, told me this place is a hidden salmon gem! There was zero fishy smell and the texture was chewy, like it had been properly aged.

Lay down a savory sheet of gim (dried seaweed), put a thick slice of salmon on it, add some crunchy onion and a bit of sharp fresh wasabi, dip it in soy sauce — it melts in your mouth ㅠㅠ

Pepperoni pizza and boneless garlic chicken
Next up was a freshly baked pepperoni pizza! Loaded with cheese, and the pepperoni combo was really tasty. Sprinkling on some spicy hot sauce to taste made it the perfect pairing with the highball.

Lastly, we added the garlic chicken to fill us up. Chicken is honestly a menu item that's hard to mess up, but the chicken here was even better than expected! It came out freshly fried right after ordering, so the outside was crispy and the inside was juicy — I was genuinely surprised. The sweet-and-spicy garlic sauce was a perfect match too.

With all the hearty, delicious food laid out, time for a cheers~🍻

With good food and a good vibe, the drinks went down smoothly. Ate well and had a great time again today!

Restroom
🚻Restroom🚻 The restroom is located inside the restaurant. I liked that the men's and women's restrooms were clearly separated!
