My boyfriend and I were out in Mia for the first time in a while, trying to figure out dinner. While looking up brunch spots near Hyundai Department Store, I found 37.5 Signature, which looked like it had a great atmosphere, so we went.

Where is 37.5 Signature Mia Branch, and where do you park?

37.5 Signature Mia Branch is located behind Mia Hyundai Department Store, right in front of the Lotte Castle entrance. You can use the building's parking lot for free.

Since 37.5 Signature sits right on the street, with passersby visible right next to you, I thought it might feel a bit exposed — but actually, as evening came on, the wide-open view outside gave it a nice mood 🌃

Walking into 37.5 Signature Mia Branch, I felt the kind of upscale touch you'd expect from a Seongbuk brunch spot. I couldn't believe a Western restaurant with this kind of atmosphere existed in the Mia neighborhood — I'd love to bring my parents here next time :)

Every table was neatly set, and the sense of space was really well done — turns out 37.5 Signature also offers group bookings.

It can seat a minimum of 6 and up to 10 people, so it's a great spot for family dinners, gatherings, or visiting as a group.

The interior is really well done, isn't it? Maybe it's the gold accents, or how well everything is coordinated, but this seems like a place a lot of people would pick for a date.

The plating on the big black plate really stood out — it had a bold, chic feel that felt refreshingly different.

The gourmet black cheese burger (₩15,900) isn't just served on a black plate — the burger bun itself is black too. This was a brand-new menu item.

It came with cute little pickles that suited my taste so well I kept asking for refills. They had a crunchy, tangy kick that paired really well with the burger.

Cutting it in half, doesn't the filling look even more generous? From the outside it just looked like two patties and two cheeses, but there were tomatoes and vegetables inside too, giving it a rich flavor.

Mont Blanc truffle pasta, 23.9, and how to eat it

The Mont Blanc truffle pasta (₩23,900) — usually pasta like this comes in a soft bread bowl called a panne, but serving it in a Mont Blanc with a crisp outside and soft inside felt really unique.

It comes with a salad on the side, so you don't need to order one separately — a two-birds-one-stone kind of dish 🥗

We like truffle so we went with that option, but there's also a spicy pollack roe cream version if you'd rather choose that.

This cream sauce served on the side can be poured over the pasta once it thickens up,

or you can tear off pieces of the Mont Blanc and dip them right in — it's delicious either way, so try it a few different ways.

The cream pasta was so thick that the truffle aroma really soaked in deep — it tasted like a more elevated version of a regular cream pasta.

Would I order the same dishes again?

I enjoyed my meal at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch so much that I'd order the exact same dishes if I came back. It's honestly not easy to find a restaurant you want to return to, but I've already saved this one. If you're running errands near Hyundai Department Store, be sure to stop by :)
