Pho is exactly what you want when you're craving warm broth. The moment my order arrived, the first thing that caught my eye was the generous amount of meat and bean sprouts, and the plentiful broth. Eating the thin pho noodles together with the meat and bean sprouts, the textures worked well together and the broth went down clean. Broth is especially important in pho, and this one wasn't heavy or overly strong — it was the kind of style that's easy to finish a warm bowl of.

I ate the very hearty, good-quality meat first, then savored the cool broth. If you already like pho, I think you'd enjoy this one without any complaints.

Mibundang pho with several types of meat

There's a good variety of meat types too, so it's fun picking and choosing what to eat.

Pho noodles picked up together with meat

The chewy pho noodles taste amazing eaten together with the meat. The meat in the pho paired even better when eaten with the noodles. Picking up the tender meat and pho noodles together with the bean sprouts added a crunchy texture, so I didn't get tired of the bowl at all. And since both the bean sprouts and the pho noodles are refillable, you can keep on eating!

Following the instructions and mixing in the sauce gives the dish a whole different flavor. Being able to enjoy a different taste depending on how you dress it with sauce feels like one of pho's advantages. I'd recommend tasting the plain broth first, then gradually adding a little sauce at a time after that.
