Daily Fix — famous for real handmade burgers built on a New York chef's know-how!
It was a little past dinnertime — hungry, but also craving beer, so I stopped by Daily Fix Euljiro for a simple burger, fries, and a beer!

Daily Fix is a sandwich and burger chain I visit fairly often — every location keeps the same taste, price, and quality, so it's a place I trust.
What kind of place is Daily Fix Euljiro?
The third chapter of Daily Fix, the Euljiro handmade burger diner with a Michelin sensibility
A 3-minute walk from Euljiro 1(il)-ga Station, in an alley lined with old signboards between Mugyo-dong and Da-dong, [Daily Fix Euljiro] has brought a new current to the neighborhood.
This is the third location after the Gangnam flagship and Seocho Gyodae branches, and the space feels like it was lifted straight from a New York-style diner — a sensory interior paired with classic music and lighting. Sunlit and relaxed by day, softly lit and moody by evening. Not just a place for a tasty burger, but a space that becomes a memorable experience.
- 100% Hanwoo (Korean beef) patties made fresh every morning
- Pastrami crafted with know-how from chefs who trained at Michelin 3-star Per Se and 2-star Momofuku Ko in New York
- House-made bacon cured for 100 hours
- Handmade burgers finished with a proprietary house sauce that turns them into a real dish
By day it can be part of office workers' routine for a satisfying meal, and by night it's a mood-lit space to enjoy burgers and beer together!
The Stella draft, freshly managed every day, has a distinctly different foam — apparently the place is officially certified by Stella as a great draft beer spot. Corkage is a separate ₩50,000.

Late-evening mood and seating at Daily Fix Euljiro
Visiting Daily Fix Euljiro in the evening, the lighting is low and dim. The bright daytime mood is nice too, but the dim lighting sets a great atmosphere for pairing with beer or other drinks.

Even late in the evening there were quite a lot of customers, and the later it got, the more solo diners and solo drinkers I saw — a real Euljiro burger favorite!

What we ordered on the night
That day's order: bacon cheeseburger, bacon cheese fries, beer, and two kinds of coleslaw (regular/spicy). I'd been craving the pastrami sandwich, but it must have sold well that day because it was sold out... a bit disappointing, but Daily Fix's burgers are great too, so I settled on the bacon cheeseburger!
The bacon cheeseburger is made with a thick 100% Hanwoo patty and house-smoked, house-made bacon.

Slow IPA on draft at Daily Fix Euljiro
I ordered the Slow IPA ~ seems the IPA wasn't pouring well that day, because the staff poured out quite a bit before finally serving it.

Under the very fine, creamy foam, a bitter IPA flavor!

My friend went with a zero-sugar cider, and the moment it was poured, it spilled everywhere ;; lucky it's a refill spot... we scrambled to clean up the mess, and the staff were so kind about it, which I really appreciated.

Coleslaw: mixing the regular and spicy versions
Coleslaw is a side I order often at Daily Fix! I sometimes get the spicy coleslaw too, but the tastiest way is to order both regular and spicy and mix them together, haha.

The regular coleslaw is creamy and the spicy one is quite hot, so I'd gently recommend ordering both and mixing them.

Bacon cheese fries for 7,900 won
Bacon cheese fries. You can switch to the 18 Fries option, but I went with the original.

A dish that combines sautéed onions and bacon on top of fries. First off, a generous-looking plate. At ₩7,900, crispy fries topped with sweetish onions and thick, meaty-textured bacon gave off poutine vibes and were genuinely delicious. I'll probably order this again.

The thick, fluffy fries are tasty, but for casually snacking on with beer, the thin fries are good too, haha. That salty, keep-reaching-for-more flavor! Though I do think it'd be better if the sauce were mayo-based instead of ketchup. If you don't like soggy fries, it seems they can be served separately — worth asking ahead (my friend didn't eat the soggy side, so lucky me, I ate it all...).

Bacon cheeseburger with a Hanwoo beef patty and two strips of bacon
Next up, the bacon cheese hamburger~

The handmade bacon cheeseburger made with a Hanwoo patty combines Hanwoo beef and bacon — this burger, in fact, was introduced on YouTube and ended up being what made Daily Fix widely known, so if it's your first visit, it's worth trying at least once.

Opening the bun to check, there's a spicy, mustard-based sauce and

quite thick two strips of bacon layered on top.

A handmade burger where you can literally see the juices burst out with the first bite. It has an American-style burger feel, but it's not that greasy, and thanks to the fluffy bun, it's juicy without being salty.
Who should visit Daily Fix Euljiro late in the evening?
A great choice when you want a proper handmade burger in Euljiro, or when you want that American pub feel in the evening with burger-and-beer or American-style sides with a drink. They also have American bourbon and cocktails, so it'd be great to bring foreign friends along too. Be sure to join the Naver receipt review event and try the coleslaw too :-)
