Second-round bar in Guro, Seoul with keyring giveaway: Eulji Pocha
In short
Eulji Pocha Guro Digital Complex Branch is a retro Euljiro-style Korean bar one minute from Guro Digital Complex Station in Guro, Seoul. On a second-round night out, the writer ordered 1++ beef tartare and jangchi guksu (banquet noodles) with cheongha and beer, and used the coins handed over with every food and drink order on the claw machine and a random keyring giveaway. Tables sit far enough apart for big company dinners, and the raw beef tartare was the best the writer has had recently.

Here's my visit to Eulji Pocha Guro Digital Complex Branch, famous as a Guro Digital Complex Station bar!!

Where is Eulji Pocha Guro Digital Complex Branch, and what are its hours?
Eulji Pocha Guro Digital Complex Branch is at 12 Digital-ro 32na-gil, 1st floor, Guro-gu, Seoul, South Korea. It's open 17:00–06:00, so it's great for a second or third round near Guro Digital Complex Station.

As soon as I walked in, the place was seriously huge. And I could see all kinds of events set up — a claw machine, a spot to make dalgona (honeycomb candy), even a cotton candy station.

Why Eulji Pocha works for company dinners in Guro: wide table spacing
The biggest strength of Eulji Pocha Guro Digital Complex Branch is that the spacing between tables is really wide. It was much roomier than other places, which I loved. They say Eulji Pocha is built around the retro vibe of the Euljiro alleyways, and it really felt like that vibe had been transplanted here. It was fun just looking at the interior.
When tables are crammed together it's really uncomfortable, but that wasn't an issue at all here, so if you're looking for a company dinner or group meetup spot near Guro Digital Complex Station, this is a great choice for groups. There were a lot of group tables when we went too.

Coins with every order at Eulji Pocha, and trying the claw machine
Eulji Pocha Guro Digital Complex Branch gives you coins when you order food or drinks. With these coins you can try the claw machine, or get dalgona, ice cream, or cotton candy. This part really gets the dopamine going.

We went straight for the claw machine but sadly didn't win anything. Other people seemed to be winning easily — guess we just have bad luck with claws? But it was really fun. You know how playing claw machine games while drinking is such a rush, right, dopamine and all.
But here you don't even have to go far for the claw machine, so it's like, mid-drink, 'wanna go?' and off you go, then order another snack, get more coins, 'wanna go again?' and off again. We had such a fun time.

DJ song requests and the random keyring giveaway
And they have a DJ here too haha. You can request songs and they'll play them and even read out your dedication. There were honestly way more events than I expected, so we ended up staying way longer than planned. It was so fun we couldn't leave...!

And out of nowhere there was a lucky draw event too, where they randomly gave away keyrings as gifts!!
Eulji Pocha menu and what we ordered

Here's the menu. The side dishes were seriously varied and all looked delicious, so I agonized over what to pick. I also loved how generous the sides looked. We ordered
- 1++ beef tartare
- Jangchi guksu (banquet noodles)
that's what we went with.

For drinks, we went with cheongha and beer haha.
1++ beef tartare: the best beef tartare I've had recently

You absolutely have to order the 1++ beef tartare at Eulji Pocha!! It came out looking so pretty too. We mixed it with the egg yolk and scraped up every bit.
You have to get the 1++ beef tartare!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was the best raw beef tartare I've had in a while. Not frozen at all, actually raw, so moist and fresh, and there seemed to be minced garlic mixed in too giving it a sharp kick — it was genuinely so good T-T

Jangchi guksu (banquet noodles): the broth you keep spooning up

The jangchi guksu (banquet noodles) here is also a must-try. I genuinely don't like jangchi guksu and have zero interest in it usually, but I suddenly had a craving after a long time and ordered it — the broth was really tasty and the noodles were cooked just right.

They also give you a spicy dadaegi (chili paste) mix to add to taste, but I just enjoyed it plain. The jangchi guksu was seriously delicious. The magic of endlessly spooning up the broth — it was exactly one shot-of-soju good.

Every single dish was so good that if this hadn't been our second round, I probably would've ordered 4 or 5 more menu items — plus more coins haha.

Verdict on Eulji Pocha as a Guro bar: I'd go back for sure
Eulji Pocha Guro Digital Complex Branch has such delicious food and so many fun events that we had a genuinely great time. The hours just flew by. 100% would visit again! It's really comfortable, and oh, the restroom is indoors and clean too haha. Officially a great bar near Guro Digital Complex Station!!!! Please, please order the beef tartare if you go haha.
