Cheongchuni Oranda is inside Jeju Dongmun Market, so it's easy to stop by while browsing the market. Use Gate 2 or Gate 9, and if you're driving, there's the Dongmun Market public parking lot.

I wandered around looking at all the souvenirs at Dongmun Market wondering what to buy, but so many looked similar that I wanted something a bit different. That's when I found Cheongchuni Oranda. Oranda (rice puff snack) is a nostalgic snack for parents, but the flavors here use Jeju ingredients, which caught my eye.

Handmade oranda: texture and picking your own 3 flavors

At Cheongchuni Oranda you can find handmade oranda made right in the shop. I remembered oranda usually being hard and a bit awkward to eat, but tasting it here, it was soft and moist.

There were pre-made gift sets, and I could also pick the flavors I wanted myself, which made choosing easy.
