With truly autumn weather setting in, I went to get my nails redone and want to introduce a great-value Hongdae nail salon, Byuazeu!

How to get to Byuazeu from Hongdae Station

Come out of Hongdae Station Exit 9 and head toward Hongdae — it's right there, directly across from the Mapo Lifelong Learning Center!

When you enter the shop, you switch into indoor shoes before going in~

Besides nail and pedicure care, it's a multi-service shop that also does lashes and skincare!! The interior is bright and tidy, so I felt good the moment I walked in haha

Redness, pores, skin barrier... are you talking about me? Haha. They said they prioritize customer comfort above all, using premium materials like TEMPER mattress toppers, collagen eye patches, safe glue, and gentle cream removers!

I got to see in person some famous skincare products I'd only seen on Instagram! There were also lash nutrients you can only find in the shop, and honestly the regenerating creams were super tempting...

You can get meticulous service from a nail expert with 17 years of experience! They specialize in gel nails, Monthly Art, wedding nails, nail extensions, and short nail extensions. They offer trend nail designs and seasonal art, and Byuazeu's strengths are said to be long-lasting wear and a clean finish~

A service even my filing-sensitive hands could handle

First, here's my nail state from before my summer vacation last month... let's hurry off to transform them~ Before the service, I carefully consulted with tech Hanseul about the length, shape, and art~

Actually, I really struggle to get nails done because I can't stand other people filing my nails, but tech Hanseul... she's truly a god. She filed my nails so gently I barely even noticed. It was so amazing I filmed a video of it, no joke.

She shaped the length and design cleanly and quickly! I just asked her to arrange the art nicely at her own discretion, and she did it with such great sense!! I chose the September Monthly Art design (₩49,000), plus ₩10,000 extra for other-shop removal~ I barely chatted with her and suddenly everything was done, seriously.

30 minutes from removal to finish

I was very, very happy with it~ Throughout the process she carefully checked the shape, the color, the finish, again and again~~! And even so, from removal to applying the top coat took just 30 minutes!!!

Actually, tech Hanseul's booking page had a note saying not to be surprised by how fast the service is, and I wondered just how fast that could be — but even doing everything so meticulously, it was 30 minutes!!! She didn't seem rushed at all, yet 30 minutes!!! The filing felt like a feather too, yet 30 minutes!!! I've honestly fallen for tech Hanseul's nail skills.

It really suits autumn so well~~!?! My boyfriend said it looked prettier than me, so I was super, super satisfied~ With my nails neatly tidied up and this pretty design added, I got a proper mood refresh~!!

Conclusion

Not just for the great value, but purely for the skill, I highly recommend Byuazeu as a Hongdae nail salon..!!! I'm planning to stick with tech Hanseul going forward, 100,000 percent, haha.
