Namwirye Station shabu-shabu buffet with a park view: Dadam

Anyone else love shabu-shabu!? Me first!! Haha. A clean broth loaded with vegetables, eaten hot — it's easy on the stomach and tastes great! Even when I eat until I'm full, there's no bloated feeling, so it's genuinely one of my favorite foods haha.

What kind of place is Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam near Namwirye Station?

Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch is an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu and wolnamssam (Vietnamese rice-paper wrap) buffet on the 3rd floor of G&G Plaza on Wiryegwangjang-ro, near Namwirye Station. There are several well-known shabu-shabu spots in Wirye, but Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam stands out because you can eat so many different things in one sitting — a place both kids and adults love!

The interior was really clean and had an upscale feel, so there were a lot of group customers as well as families haha. The day I went it was raining and a bit overcast, but the view outside was still lovely — the park view was so clean that eating while looking out at it was really nice haha.

How much does Dadam Shabu Shabu Wirye Branch cost?

Since Dadam Shabu Shabu Wirye is a shabu-shabu and wolnamssam buffet, there's just a single menu: 17,900 won for adults, 13,900 won for elementary school kids, and 8,000 won for preschoolers. First you sit down and check the menu. Unlimited shabu-shabu and Vietnamese wraps for under 20,000 won!!!

Vegetable self-bar and the two kinds of meat

Order done, now the main event! Time to go grab vegetables and meat. Look at all the fresh vegetable varieties, eek!! You can eat them in the shabu-shabu or wrap them in wolnamssam rice paper, so it's easy and fun to eat however you like!

There are also two types of meat, beef brisket and pork shoulder, both in generous amounts, so you can eat as much as you want comfortably!!! Haha. I'm more of a pork shoulder person, so I came back with my plate piled high with it!

From fried rice eggs and rice to ice cream

On one side there was also egg and rice ready for fried rice, plus dessert options like ice cream, coffee, and tea, all fully set up!!! Honestly, being able to handle the whole meal from main course to dessert in one place is exactly why Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam near Namwirye Station is loved by every age group! The vegetables in the shabu-shabu are great for kids too, and being able to finish off with sweet, tasty fried rice makes it a place parents absolutely love haha.

Regular broth or spicy broth: picking both

At Dadam Shabu Shabu Wirye you can pick two broths, and I went with regular and spicy. As someone who loves shabu-shabu, I first loaded up on vegetables and meat, grabbed sauces to my taste, and dipped everything in the broth haha. There's also a seafood-based broth, so I'd recommend that one to seafood lovers haha.

Oh, and there's also kalguksu noodles and sujebi dough flakes, so after eating my fill of vegetables and meat, I boiled up some kalguksu too!!!! Amazing! Usually at these all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu places the vegetables or meat aren't that fresh, and some are even a little frozen ㅜㅜㅜ but Dadam Shabu Shabu was genuinely fresh and clean, so it was really nice to eat there!

How Dadam keeps the self-bar stocked and refills the broth

Staff kept restocking the vegetables and sauces along the way, so even with a lot of customers, there was never a shortage of vegetables, meat, or rice cakes! The broth kept getting topped up with freshly boiled batches too, so I didn't need to ask separately — it was so convenient haha.

Why the fried rice at Dadam tastes like two dishes

After eating my fill, I finished off with a proper serving of fried rice haha. Since I had two different broths going, the fried rice ended up coming in two flavors too!! One was slightly spicy, the other had the plain, clean taste of the regular broth!!! Getting to enjoy two flavors at once made Dadam Shabu Shabu extremely satisfying.

Parking and group bookings at Dadam Shabu Shabu Wirye Branch

Building parking is available for up to 3 hours!! and the building itself is very clean, making the meal really convenient at this Wirye shabu-shabu spot, Dadam Shabu Shabu. The seating is spacious and tidy, so group bookings are possible and it's also a great place for family meals — I'm planning to come back anytime!!! Highly recommend Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam!
