Visiting on a weekend evening, I had an iced americano and chocolate banana tiramisu on the rooftop, while the first floor was running a vegan jelly pop-up from the well-known dessert brand Pierrot Gourmand. With cool weather and a view right in the middle of Gangnam, it was a great spot to unwind.

Did you know there's an 8-story café right in the middle of Gangnam Station? I never go to cafés on weekends, but my boyfriend wanted coffee today, so we headed to a coffee and tiramisu spot near Gangnam Station. Here's my review of Selected Nicks in Gangnam :))

A large rooftop café at Gangnam Station

A rooftop café at Gangnam Station, no less~~!! The weather was so nice that coffee on the rooftop was the best haha. This good weather doesn't last much longer, so I want to cherish it ㅠㅠ

Selected Nicks! Would you have imagined such a pretty, large café hiding in a Gangnam Station alley? Even the first-floor outdoor tables are gorgeous!! And they do space rentals too, for anyone interested!!

Shall we go inside Selected Nicks? The view is so pretty, though it's a bit of a shame it's tucked away in an alley ㅠㅠ But there were seriously a lot of customers haha.

The outdoor tables on the first floor weren't very crowded. Why? Because the rooftop terrace is just too pretty,,

Tiramisu selection and the evening bakery situation

Selected Nicks near Gangnam Station is a tiramisu spot. There are so many varieties, and you can take tiramisu to go too!!

Since I visited in the evening, a lot of the baked goods were sold out haha. There were lots of financier varieties though.

The tiramisu even had its own separate takeout packaging. The packaging is so cute haha,,

There were so many kinds of tiramisu!! Prices ran about ₩8,000 to ₩10,000. I didn't know it, but apparently this place is famous for tiramisu takeout near Gangnam Station — a lot of people were coming just to buy tiramisu haha.

Pierrot Gourmand jelly pop-up

They were also selling Pierrot Gourmand's number-one bestselling jelly as a pop-up haha. I don't know much about desserts so I didn't realize how famous it was, but this thing is actually really well known,, apparently the brand is known for being vegan!!

8th-floor rooftop seating and the view

This café goes all the way up to the 8th floor and has a rooftop too — it's a huge place! We headed straight up to the rooftop.

We went straight up to the rooftop and grabbed a seat haha. The weather was cool and not too hot, so the rooftop seats were amazing haha. It felt almost too good to be enjoying a view like this in the middle of Gangnam.

How the chocolate banana tiramisu and americano tasted

The tiramisu looked so pretty 😍

It's piled high with chocolate, and layers of chocolate banana are stacked through the sponge. It paired really well with the iced americano! And it was moderately sweet.
