Dog-friendly terrace pizza and beer in Hanam Misa: The Pizzeria Market

I went to Misa today to meet up with friends after a while. It was a weekday lunch, and the outdoor terrace seats were already full, with group tables inside too. This place really seems popular haha! The atmosphere was great too, which made it even better-!

What the Misagangbyeon terrace vibe was like

On a pleasant weekend with a nice breeze blowing, wanting a special meal, we headed to The Pizzeria Market by the Misa riverside. It's close to Starfield and Misa Kyungjeon Park nearby, so it made for a perfect drive-and-stop route. With its emotional interior and outdoor terrace seating, I felt right away that I'd found the perfect Hanam date spot.

The neatly kept terrace space right from the entrance also allows dogs, which seemed to make it popular with dog owners too. Sitting in the wide-open terrace and relaxing, I even felt like I'd landed on some quiet, exotic overseas resort.

How the NY Margherita pizza tasted

After sitting down and reading through the menu carefully, we ordered mostly signature dishes. The first to arrive was the NY Margherita pizza. The fragrant basil scent rising off the freshly baked pizza, combined with the rich tomato sauce, was very impressive.

On top of a dough that was crispy outside and chewy inside, the savory cheese was piled generously, so every bite delivered deep flavor. The balance of saltiness, sweetness, and freshness was so perfect that I could enjoy it right to the edge of the crust. If I ever plan another Hanam date course, I think I'd revisit just for this pizza.

What the truffle mushroom paccheri short pasta was like

Following the pizza was the truffle mushroom paccheri short pasta. This dish stood out for the chewy texture unique to the wide, tube-shaped paccheri noodles. The sauce had soaked deep into the pasta, so every chew released a creamy, savory flavor throughout my mouth. In particular, the subtle truffle aroma combined with the texture of various mushrooms gave it a luxurious taste.

Even though it was cream-sauce based, it wasn't heavy and finished clean, so it wasn't too much to eat alongside the pizza. It's a dish that took the romantic mood up a notch, so I'd strongly recommend it as a Hanam date meal.

Pairing draft Budweiser with pizza and beer

Good food needs a cold drink, so the draft Budweiser we ordered alongside was very satisfying too.

The draft beer, served in its own clear glass, looked refreshing enough to chase the heat away just by looking at it. The soft foam and the tingling carbonation paired fantastically with the salty NY Margherita pizza and the creamy pasta. Sitting on the outdoor terrace and tipping back a cool Hanam-date beer was truly a moment of healing that blew away everyday stress.

The Pizzeria Market has parking spaces beside and behind the store, which is convenient if you're driving. If it happens to be full, you can park at the Wonder Suite lot in the Starbucks building right next door — worth keeping in mind for your visit.

It was a place with all three: delicious Italian food, an emotional terrace atmosphere, and friendly service.
