Weekday evening wait line and bell-ring ordering at Brivit Gangnam
In short
Brivit Gangnam Station is a hot-pink Italian restaurant on a hill behind the CGV in Gangnam, Seoul. On a weekday evening the writer ordered green onion cream corn gnocchi, hop-hop rabbit pasta, and spicy fried eggplant, and found it fun to ring the bell on the table to call staff. By the time she left, a wait line had already formed, so for a blind date, booking through Naver Reservation is the safer bet.

I was doing a wedding photo selection and wanted a date with my boyfriend, so I went looking for a nice-vibe restaurant and ended up at Brivit near Gangnam Station, which is famous for its aesthetic. I went on a weekday evening — the interior was so pretty and the atmosphere so good that it seemed like a lot of people come here for dates or blind dates. Let me give you my honest, detailed review of a really nice time!

By the time I finished my meal on a weekday evening, there was already quite a wait line. If you're going for a blind date, definitely book through Naver Reservation!
An exterior that's hot pink even from a distance
About a 7–10 minute walk from Sinnonhyeon Station! It's located in the alley behind the Gangnam Station CGV. As you climb the hill, the hot-pink exterior catches your eye from far away, so it's easy to find. Around the entrance there are cute little plants and pretty lights, so a lot of people were taking photos right at the entrance.
Interior atmosphere and seating
The interior blends warm wood tones with sophisticated European-style decor. The lighting is soft throughout, which makes it feel even more atmospheric. Besides the standard seating, there are window seats where you sit side by side looking out at the view, and semi-outdoor terrace seats further inside that give an outdoor feel. The table spacing was comfortable enough for conversation, and I actually saw a lot of couples enjoying dates there.

The menu board and signature dish prices

Brivit has a very wide range of options, from cute-plated signature pastas to gnocchi, steak, and side dishes.
- Green Onion Cream Corn Gnocchi: ₩18,900

- Brivit Steak: ₩37,900
The basic table setup: ring the bell to order

Every table is neatly set with cutlery, a menu with an exotic feel, and a bell. To order, you ring the bell — it was a bit embarrassing but so fun! (I got hungry and ordered right away, so I didn't manage to get a photo of the bell, ugh.)

There was also a Naver review event, so I joined right away! (I can never resist these.)
What I ordered & my honest taste review 📋
Here's what I ordered: green onion cream corn gnocchi, hop-hop rabbit pasta, and spicy fried eggplant.

Green Onion Cream Corn Gnocchi (₩18,900)
I really love gnocchi, so this was the best signature dish I was most excited about among what I ordered.

Round, bite-sized gnocchi with a slightly golden-brown outside and a fluffy yet chewy inside. It's not soggy gnocchi at all — more like it's been fried! The savory, smooth green onion cream sauce was so good I scraped the plate clean with my spoon.

Hop-Hop Rabbit Pasta (₩19,900)
This is the signature tomato pasta, and the plating is so cute!!! I wondered why it's called hop-hop rabbit, but the moment the dish arrived, the look made it instantly clear.

On a tomato sauce base, plump shrimp and squid are packed in generously, giving the sauce real depth. I thought it would just look pretty, but there was way more shrimp than I expected, so it was delicious! I wondered what the cute rabbit shape sitting in the middle of the pasta was — turns out it was cheese, haha. This cheese was surprisingly soft and tasty too — that's my honest review.

Spicy Fried Eggplant (₩10,900)

This side dish comes out freshly fried, crispy outside and moist inside. The batter was SO~~~ crispy. Dip it generously in the spicy, savory chipotle sauce that comes with it.

✨ Final thoughts
What I kept thinking while eating was that with the pink exterior, the soft interior lighting, and even terrace seating, this place would be great for a blind date, haha. The restaurant is pretty and the atmosphere is great, so if you have a date or a get-together near Gangnam Station, I recommend it!!
