Today I'm introducing a Gijang, Busan snow crab spot I visited with my husband and family for a simple meal to celebrate my mom's birthday~~~~~!!

Good price, good value, and good yield too — it's the perfect place for a hearty, no-fuss meal, and I felt great after eating so well~~~~~~!!

Parking and the restaurant's atmosphere

This time I'm sharing our mom's birthday party at Gijang Myeongpum Daegae, a Gijang, Busan snow crab spot! hahaha Past the building, past Ssangdung Hoetjib, there's a private parking lot, so parking was super easy!!!!

Coming in through the back door, you can see this spacious dining room~~~~!!! Perfect for group gatherings or entertaining guests too — mom's birthday party at Gijang Myeongpum Daegae, this Gijang, Busan snow crab spot — my mom loves snow crab, so we came here~~!

The interior is set up spaciously like this, and the table charge is ₩5,000 per person, which makes it easy and convenient for a meal~~~~~!!

Weighed minus basket weight, two crabs for three adults

Out front there are delicious snow crabs on display~~! Our child watched the crabs while eating away happily!!!!!! And I really loved that the owner set the scale to deduct the basket weight!?!?

With the basket weight excluded, and since we were three adults, we decided to get two crabs haha

At a reasonable, good-value price, you can eat really well — mom's birthday party at Gijang Myeongpum Daegae, this Gijang, Busan snow crab spot, highly recommend~~~~~~ The crabs were so big and there was so much, we felt fully satisfied!??!?!

What comes with the table setting?

Ta-da~~~~~~ the table setting includes fried peppers, fried onion rings, chicken, corn, various pastas, plus salad, kimchi, and pickled vegetables — quite a spread haha

The crabs arrive after about 20 minutes

Ta-da~~~~~~~~ here comes the snow crab my mom loves!!!!!!! We waited about 20 minutes I think haha, since steaming takes a while, so keep that in mind

They give you the crab shell separately too, so let's mix it into rice!!!!!!

A cake for mom's birthday party

We brought a cake we'd prepared at home and had mom's birthday party at Gijang Myeongpum Daegae, this Gijang, Busan snow crab spot haha My mom was so happy about it

Finishing up with crab-shell fried rice and doenjang jjigae

Ta-da!!!!!!!! We could pick out the meat so easily, and there was so much of it that even with three adults sharing two crabs, we still got really full haha We also ate the crab-shell fried rice we ordered extra, down to the last bite

They also give you doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) alongside, and eating it together was so delicious haha It's definitely not overly seasoned, quite clean and mild, so I think both kids and elders would love it haha

Parking settled with a coin

At the end I asked about parking settlement, and they gave me this cute little coin haha Just pop it in and you're done!!!!!!!!

With reasonable prices and generous portions, this Gijang, Busan snow crab spot Gijang Myeongpum Daegae draws a lot of customers for mom's birthday parties, and it really was great to use~~! It's close enough to reach from Ulsan too, so we visited while out and about, and it was definitely convenient~~~~
