🏠 Interior vibe and seating

The exterior has a strong overseas feel

Interior seating at Bass Burger Sinyongsan
Restaurant interior nearly full in the evening

The interior was decently spacious, and since I went in the evening it was nearly full. There's a mix of 2- and 4-top seats, with room for about 7 tables indoors. * There's also a terrace that seats about 4 tables!

Self-serve bar for grabbing fries and sauces

Self-serve bar with unlimited fries and sauce

At the self-serve bar you can grab fries, sauces, and water. Unlimited refills as much as you need!!

Unlimited-refill fries brought from the self-serve bar

I didn't expect much from the fries since they felt like a side afterthought, but they were so crispy and good?! I recommend eating them fresh out of the fryer.

The chili mozza cheese bar seemed popular lately so I ordered one +) They said you can also request beer tastings from staff, so try a variety!!

Table set with burgers, sides, and beer

Here's what I ordered ~haha the burgers were thick and packed with ingredients

THE Bass Burger and lettuce-bun Hawaiian burger

✅ (left) The Bass Burger is the fundamental menu item!! The balance between the beef patty and fresh vegetables was great 🥩🥬 the shrimp chips were a bonus••• ✅ (right) The Hawaiian burger is the Bass Burger with pineapple topping added, and the sauces gave it an even richer flavor than the basic Bass Burger! My friend swapped the bun for lettuce to eat it healthier

Sweet, delicious sweet potato fries

✅ Sweet potato fries Sweet and delicious as always

Three sauces: mentaiko mayo, Bass Burger sauce, and ranch

You can order as many sauces as you want regardless of quantity, so I got mentaiko mayo, Bass Burger sauce, and ranch — three sauces — and drizzled them on, a fantastic combination

Spicy chili mozza cheese bar

✅ Chili Mozza Cheese Bar Quite spicy, but the tingling on my tongue was stress-relieving somehow — though it cools down fast, so eat it quick,,

Two glasses of Cheongjin-dong and Bass Lager craft beer

It's a burger joint, but the beer is legit

(left) Cheongjin-dong beer (6.3%): subtle hop aroma, good balance between heavy body and bitterness (right) Bass Lager (4.7%): nutty finish + sweet aftertaste, an easy-drinking lager for beginners

Overall review

Table at Bass Burger Sinyongsan after finishing the meal

If you're looking for a good spot on Yongridan-gil, I highly recommend Bass Burger Sinyongsan!! 💌 The burger quality is great, and in the evenings the chicken burger + beer combo can even cover a drinking session!!! The prices are also reasonable for a handmade burger place. Whether it's a hearty lunch or a second-round drinking spot in Samgakji, it works for any situation, so I'd give it a 100% chance of returning 👍
