Seongsu café soufflé and tiramisu pairing: 5to7 Seongsu
In short
5to7 Seongsu Main Branch is a soufflé café near Seoul Forest in Seongdong, Seoul. I ordered the tiramisu soufflé with lemon myrtle tea and passion fruit ade after the fresh mango soufflé was unavailable. Verdict: a lovely Seongsu date stop for dessert and photos.

We'd had a proper meal, wandered around the nearby goods shops, select shops, and clothing stores, and then suddenly I was craving something sweet ~ 😋 Whether you're in Seongsu, Ttukseom, or Seoul Forest, there must be loads of pretty, tasty cafés around, but when it comes to a Seongsu soufflé café, 5to7 is seriously the one ^

Such a solid soufflé lineup: matcha, tiramisu, mangosteen, pearl crème brûlée, and strawberry!! And FYI, the tiramisu soufflé is totally delicious 👀 The interior and exterior already have such a healing vibe that I felt good right away, and it is the perfect place to chat over fluffy soufflé. I just couldn't not recommend it!!

Tiramisu Soufflé at 5to7 Seongsu

5to7 in Seongsu had a spectacular soufflé lineup, but the tiramisu soufflé turned out to be the best value and the tastiest! Of course, I only picked it because I went for the fresh mango soufflé and it wasn't available lol. I also ordered lemon myrtle tea and passion fruit ade to go with the soufflé.

Isn't it so pretty ~ I've somehow been eating a lot of soufflé lately, and this one seems simple yet pretty. Even the most straightforward tiramisu soufflé looks like this.

You scoop it up with a spoon, and all I can say is: fluffy, fluffy, fluffy. Soft and moist... it was a sexy poodle lolllll. The mascarpone cream and chocolate powder felt really high-quality, too. Seeing how popular it is with international visitors, it must be the real deal!

The lemon myrtle tea and passion fruit ade we ordered alongside it also went well with the soufflé. The passion fruit ade is bright and sweet—the sort of flavor most people would like—and the lemon myrtle tea definitely has a lemon aroma, but with this oddly ambiguous feel, like it is playing hard to get over whether it will let you taste the lemon.

I recommend this tiramisu soufflé, lemon myrtle tea, and passion fruit ade combination.
5to7 Seongsu Main Branch Location and Seating

For this Seongsu soufflé café, 5to7, turn toward Parco at the intersection with Parco, PNR Seongsu, and Garden Foret. It should be easy to find just by following the map, so even the directionally challenged should be fine.

There are seats on both the second and third floors, plus an outdoor terrace, so you can choose exactly the spot that suits your taste and enjoy the magic of looking good in photos wherever you sit. I took photos of the princess here and, for the first time, got told I did a good job ^^

One thing is certain: it seems to be really well known among international visitors? More than half the crowd were international guys and gals. The Korean visitors were mostly couples, which definitely proves this is a great Seongsu soufflé café to stop by on a Seongsu date ~
Tiramisu Soufflé and Drink Pairing: Final Thoughts

The tiramisu soufflé and two drinks were tasty and worked well together, so I hope this helps anyone with decision paralysis over the menu. If you are looking for a pretty café in Seongsu with delicious desserts, great photos, and a lovely date atmosphere, I recommend it ~
