Today I'm bringing you my review of Sushi Ian N Seolleung Station, a conveyor-belt sushi spot I visited near Seolleung Station.

Sushi Ian N lets you enjoy a wide variety of sushi at the very approachable price of ₩1,990 per plate. From standard sushi to salmon, beef tartare, and shrimp sushi, plus seasonal menu items, there's such a variety that it's fun just picking what you want.

The wait, the interior, and whether solo dining works

When I arrived, the place was full and one group was waiting ahead of me. But since there are plenty of seats and the turnover is pretty fast, I only had to wait a bit in the waiting area inside before I was seated.

The inside is quite spacious — you can sit right at the sushi rail and eat comfortably alone, or use the table seating that's good for groups when visiting with several people. Seemed like a place that works well whether you're eating solo or getting together with friends!

Menu lineup and the seasonal sushi selection

Every item at Sushi Ian N is ₩1,990 per plate. For a conveyor-belt sushi place in Gangnam, ₩1,990 seemed like a decent price.😀 The menu was divided into signature, fish, steak, gunkan/maki rolls, and special order items.

There was also a seasonal sushi lineup you don't often see at a typical conveyor-belt sushi place — truffle flounder onegiri sushi, engawa (fluke fin) caviar sushi, yuzu salmon sushi, and more.

They also serve meal items like ramen, udon, and buckwheat noodles (mobil), plus alcohol.

Jangguk broth and free green tea

As soon as I sat down, they brought out jangguk (clear broth soup) right away.

They'll also give you green tea for free, which pairs really well with sushi, if you just ask a staff member! It's served very hot, so if you want it with your sushi, I'd recommend asking for it right away!

There was clearly a reason it's the most popular. The shrimp was big and the egg was sweet and generous — so good!!👍

Beef — No. 3 beef tartare tataki, No. 2 beef tartare sushi

Here's the No. 3 pick, beef tartare tataki, haha! There's a generous amount of beef tartare, and the garlic sauce(?) and soy sauce on top go so well together — highly recommend it!!

The No. 2 pick, beef tartare sushi, also had a huge amount of fresh beef tartare — I could see why it's so popular~haha

Sushi Ian N was a satisfying conveyor-belt sushi place where you can enjoy high quality and a wide variety of menu items at the very affordable price of ₩1,990 a plate.

There really were a lot of people dining alone, and just as many enjoying it with family or friends.
