Terrace lunch with lemon pasta and shrimp cream pasta: Le Bon Goûter

I finally had a free weekend, so I went to Apgujeong Rodeo with a friend! Honestly, that area's always so crowded whenever I go... anyone else feel that? 😖

So this time I searched for a spot with a good atmosphere, tucked a bit into an alley. Somewhere romantic with good reviews — that's Le Bon Goûter, an Apgujeong favorite.

The exterior alone makes you stop and stare! 🤍 My friend and I took so many photos. So many cozy touches everywhere! The soft cream beige tones made it feel like a European brunch café. Lush plants and flowers on both sides added to the romantic mood 🌻🌸

What about the inside?

Walking in, warm cream-toned walls blended with soft wood furniture, and every chair and table felt thoughtfully chosen — such a healing space. Round hanging lights made the mood even cozier, and big potted plants along with little greens added life 🌱 The soft natural light kept the interior from feeling stuffy at all. A great atmosphere for brunch 🌮🍝✨

There are tables on the terrace too, and enjoying good food there on a cool day sounds perfect. (The weather was breezy and lovely that day, so we ate on the terrace)

We were curious about the lemon pasta, so we ordered that, and since we were craving cream pasta, we also got the shrimp mushroom cream pasta!

Lemon pasta. Honestly, when I first saw lemon 🍋 on a pasta menu, I worried it might be too sour or just not work. But that worry was unnecessary 😅

It wasn't a sharp sourness at all, just a gentle brightness that paired beautifully with the creamy sauce. The lemon's freshness cut through the richness, so I kept eating without getting sick of it. Officially an Apgujeong pasta favorite... 👍🏻

Shrimp mushroom cream pasta. The cream flavor was rich, not light at all, and the snow cheese and pepper on top added a sharp kick that left a clean finish.

The shrimp were a different size from usual 🦐 That first bite — soft yet plump texture, pure art 🤩 The more you chewed, the more the shrimp's savoriness blended with the nutty cream sauce. Eating the chewy noodles and plump shrimp together in one bite was an unbeatable combo!

We finished off with a refreshingly cold cola full of ice! 😎
