After a 1:1 pilates session my whole body was aching, and honestly I felt like I'd just accomplished something huge, so I wanted to reward myself with something delicious?! While thinking about what could be both healthy and tasty, I ended up at Sushi Ian N Seolleung Station, a great-value sushi spot in Daechi-dong! Another successful solo meal in Daechi-dong today!

₩1,990 per plate — 7 plates for under ₩15,000
This is the Nth time I've visited this same place! Even my parents have been here~ It's fixed at ₩1,990 per plate, which makes it super appealing to grab a good, affordable meal in Daechi-dong, so I keep coming back~
At lunch you can also get half-udon and half-soba at a discounted price, so it seems like an even better deal and you can really stuff yourself! I'm not a big eater though, so today I had 6 plates of sushi plus 1 plate of fruit, 7 plates total, and it came out to under 15,000 won! That's amazing! A pro solo diner's ideal price!

Business hours and break time
They're open from 11:20 AM to 10:00 PM, with a weekday break time from 3 to 5 PM — no break time on weekends! For the upcoming Chuseok holiday, they'll be closed on September 25, so keep that in mind when planning your visit~

Where to park at Sushi Ian N Seolleung Station?
There are two parking options at Sushi Ian N Seolleung Station!
- The basement level 1 parking lot is accessible via the entrance ramp on the left side of the building, and parking is free while you're dining.
- If it's full, you can use the mechanical parking lot on the 1st floor, Areumvill parking. With a receipt of ₩40,000 or more, you get 1 hour of free parking. The hourly rate is ₩3,000, and you must bring your parking ticket!

Solo seating and how to order
Inside there are sofa seats for groups as well as plenty of bar table seats for solo diners~ Since I came to eat alone today, I scooted over to the left side and sat down.

Flat ₩1,990 per plate, love it. It said Best 7 Popular Menu, so I started from Best 1, hehehe. You can either look at the menu board and order directly from the chef, or just pick whatever's on the conveyor belt!

First, the miso soup that comes standard~ Warm and nice~ If you ask, the staff will also bring you warm green tea for free!

From Best 1 egg shrimp nigiri to soy sauce shrimp nigiri
I started today's sushi with the Best 1 menu item, egg shrimp nigiri +_+ This one's always a solid choice~ There was a time I was so obsessed with it that I ate 3 plates of just egg shrimp nigiri, hahaha. I love shrimp nigiri, and I especially like it made with raw shrimp! Second, I picked the soy sauce shrimp nigiri~ Soy sauce marinated crab, soy sauce shrimp, love them both >_<

A salmon lover's full salmon lineup
This one wasn't picked off the belt — I ordered salmon nigiri and salmon onion nigiri directly from the chef together, and got 4 pieces on one plate plus an extra plate underneath! Normally each plate comes with 2 pieces~ Since I'm a salmon lover, I think I ordered almost every salmon dish, hahaha. Salmon is the best~

I also had the salmon roll and ordered the salmon garlic steak nigiri, hahaha. The salmon roll had a really generous portion?! I ate the salmon both raw and grilled as a steak, and each tasted different but both were delicious +_+ Salmon is so good, hehe.

Finishing with shine muscat for dessert
For the last dessert, I had some refreshing fruit~ There was melon and pineapple too! Among the dessert options there was also cake and ice cream, but today I went with something clean and refreshing, the shine muscat grapes +_+ The perfect palate cleanser~
From sushi to udon/ramen/soba to dessert, all at a fixed price — Sushi Ian N Seolleung Station really is the best sushi spot in Daechi-dong >_< If only I'd known about it when I used to live in Daechi-dong, I would've come more often! But even after moving, I still come often, hahaha. I'll be back whenever I'm craving sushi again >_<
