605m from Ttukseom Station Exit 8. This is the exterior of Notldun on a weekday evening, around 7pm — I felt good even before stepping inside. This is a dessert café where anyone you bring will enjoy the food, and I honestly want to recommend the two dessert cakes I tried this time.

Notldun is apparently marking the 40th anniversary of Valrhona's most iconic dark chocolate, 'Guanaja' — Valrhona being a premium French chocolate brand. These days I find myself only choosing good chocolate when I eat it, so knowing this place uses premium French dark chocolate Guanaja put my mind at ease!

Notldun is a dessert café with a truly wide variety on offer — just looking at the photos makes me happy. You could take any of these home, or they'd make a perfect gift too.

Notldun's Signature Noir

Notldun's Signature Noir, ₩14,000. This was genuinely delicious. It's a dessert made with milk chocolate mousse, almond praline, whiskey cream, and crispy croustillant — you could call it Notldun's signature and representative menu item. You have to try this!! There's also a Signature Blanc, which has more of a white cake feel, packed with white chocolate mousse, tangy cassis, and nutty pistachio.

Mascaberry

Mascaberry, ₩13,500. A dessert with a sweet vanilla base topped generously with tangy blueberries. It was one of the less sweet items I tried, but it was the kind of dessert my hand kept reaching for.

Vanilla Earl Grey milk tea

Vanilla Earl Grey milk tea, ₩7,500. A very special milk tea brewed with vanilla and Earl Grey — I think this was an unforgettable milk tea. You can properly enjoy the clean yet nutty, rich flavor of the milk tea.

Cappuccino

Cappuccino, ₩7,500. Full of thick milk foam with an espresso shot in it too, so you can also enjoy the coffee flavor.

Wrapping up: Notldun, a Seongsu dessert café

I was satisfied after my first visit and came back — and the second visit at this Seongsu dessert café, Notldun, was even better. A lot of people take dessert to go here, so even if the seats are full, it doesn't feel like too much of a letdown! I genuinely recommend it!
