Weekend evening at Songhyeon-a: a walking date with Wunder Coffee Bar ice cream

A walk to close out a weekend at Songhyeon-a 🍦🤍 walking around Songdo with Wunder Coffee Bar ice cream in hand ‼️ I went to Songhyeon-a with my boyfriend on a weekend evening 🫶🏻 We had dinner and looked around a bit, and it felt too soon to just go home, so we decided to walk around Songhyeon-a a little more!!! We'd already had dinner, but I really wanted Wunder Coffee Bar soft serve so we headed over!! ☕️🍦

It was evening so coffee was out, but the ice cream was so good it just melted all my stress away — I used to think Seoul wedding halls were at least average, but no, I just had the worst wedding hall meal of my life,, I'm not trying to trash a specific business, but when it's not just one person but several people all saying it's this bad, they should at least show some willingness to improve, and this place showed none. One person who's already married was talking to me in a genuinely angry state… saying if she'd known it would be this bad she wouldn't have signed the contract, and that she'd talk anyone out of getting married there in the future.

Anyway!! The Wunder Coffee Bar ice cream was seriously, seriously good

The coffee at Wunder Coffee Bar is really good too! So Wunder Coffee Bar is my recommended café at the Songdo Hyundai Outlet

What we ordered and how much: vanilla cone, hojicha twist mix

• 🍦 Vanilla ice cream ₩6,500
• 🍦 Vanilla + hojicha twist mix ₩6,500
• 🍫 Choco shell add-on ₩1,000 each

And we added the choco shell to both 🍫 since we were already going all in on the sugar rush, and it turned out to be a genuinely excellent choice 🤎

When you want both vanilla and hojicha, go for the twist mixing the two >_<

Cup or cone — which is better?

Ice cream in a cup is nice too, but since we planned to keep walking around Songhyeon-a that day, the cone was perfect for carrying 🍦✨ Vanilla is the classic choice, and Wunder Coffee Bar's vanilla ice cream is packed with rich milk flavor — soft and sweet, tasting instantly familiar and delicious from the first bite!

The nutty, slightly bitter flavor unique to hojicha blended with the sweet, smooth vanilla far better than I expected 🥹🤎 It's not just plain sweet ice cream — you get hints of hojicha flavor throughout, so it never gets boring, you just keep eating!

Took one bite, it was so good I took more photos ㅋ_ㅋ

Though when you're eating it in a cone, you do have to eat quickly before it melts ㅋㅋㅋ 🍦💨

Why I'd recommend this for wrapping up a Songhyeon-a date

I'd fully, fully recommend Wunder Coffee Bar to anyone looking for a café at the Songdo Hyundai Outlet. You don't need to do anything special — just carrying something delicious while walking together and looking around is quietly happy 🤍 That day we finished up with ice cream at Wunder Coffee Bar, walked one more loop around Songhyeon-a, and headed home :)

If you're shopping or on a date at Songhyeon-a and wondering "what should we eat?", and sweet ice cream comes to mind 🍦 I'd recommend picking up an ice cream from Wunder Coffee Bar and enjoying a look around Songhyeon-a 😆✨ Next time I'll have to try the coffee menu too ☕️🤎
