When I walked in, everything was neatly arranged. Since it is a beauty salon where you can get both eyelash extensions and nail art, it had a pretty, charming atmosphere.

The lash treatment area in particular was really clean, so even though it was my first visit, I felt at ease and could receive the treatment comfortably. When you are looking in Seomyeon for a meticulous treatment like nail art or lashes, a clean environment like this matters too, right?

Most of all, the technician was so kind!! ❤️ From the very first consultation, she asked what style I wanted and made it easy for me to talk comfortably about the look I had in mind, so I could relax during the treatment.

The treatment I received this time was eyelash extensions.

First, let me show you the before photo! I have slightly hooded eyes and my eyes are not particularly large, so even when I get extensions, I do not really like a look that is too dark or artificial! That is why I asked for a natural style from the very beginning of the consultation 🤭

Even with the same lash-extension treatment, the finished look can vary quite a lot depending on the density, length, and curl, right? So I think it is important to talk about the mood you want in advance!

And the part I was especially concerned about was my right lashes. Even normally, I tend to lose more lashes on the right than on the left, so I mentioned that to the technician.

So rather than making both sides exactly the same, she added a little more volume to my right eye to create a pretty balance. I was even more satisfied because she paid such close attention to details like this :)

Eyelash-extension results: defined without looking too dark

The first thing I felt after the treatment was that she had made it naturally in exactly my preferred style! You can definitely tell I have extensions, but my eyes do not look unusually dark—that was exactly the look I wanted 🤭 At the same time, my lashes looked much fuller and my eyes more defined, so it suited my everyday makeup really well.

I especially loved that I no longer needed to apply mascara separately when doing my makeup in the morning, so getting ready took less time. For anyone like me who wants eyelash extensions but feels burdened by an overly glamorous style, I recommend clearly asking for a natural style during the consultation.

And I was so happy with the extra volume on the right, because the difference between the two sides did not feel noticeable at all! Above all, the technician kindly kept checking the details I wanted, so I was comfortable throughout the treatment.
