Hi, this is Minki. I visited Panna Seomyeon Main Branch, right in the heart of Jeonpo Cafe Street in Seomyeon, Busan : ) Let me share how I enjoyed a proper steak-and-pasta spread at a price that even student couples wouldn't have to think twice about!
Panna Seomyeon Main Branch: location and opening hours
Panna Seomyeon Main Branch is on the 2nd floor of 62 Seojeon-ro 38beon-gil, Busanjin-gu, Busan. It's about a 5-minute walk (174m) from Exit 7 of Jeonpo Station, and about 10 minutes from Exit 2 of Seomyeon Station. Hours are Tue–Sat 11:30-22:00 (break time 15:00-17:00, last order 20:30), and Sunday 11:30-21:30 (break time 15:00-17:00, last order 20:00), closed Mondays. Parking is available at nearby paid lots.
How to find Panna inside Jeonpo Cafe Street
Panna sits deep inside Jeonpo Cafe Street, so whether you start from Jeonpo Station or Seomyeon Station, you won't get lost too much. Come out of Exit 7 at Jeonpo Station, walk toward Jeonpo Cafe Street, turn into Seojeon-ro 38beon-gil, and you'll find Panna right there on the 2nd floor. From Seomyeon Station Exit 2, crossing over into Jeonpo Cafe Street also gets you there quickly on foot — a convenient spot whether you're coming from Seomyeon or Jeonpo.

Sous vide steak cooked for 5 hours, served with truffle fries
Panna's signature dish is an evenly cooked sous vide steak. It's said to be cooked with care over 5 hours, and what I liked most was that a steak like this is offered at a price student couples can enjoy without worry. Truffle fries are served alongside the steak, so the steak alone makes for a solid, filling meal.
Pollock roe cream pasta vs. Toowoomba pasta at Panna
Among Panna's pasta menu, the pollock roe cream pasta (명란크림파스타) used to be the original signature, but these days the Tuscan pasta is closely chasing that spot, apparently.
If the long-standing pollock roe cream pasta is the reigning number one, the Tuscan pasta is the one threatening to take its signature crown! It was creamy with a gentle spiciness that kept coming back to mind.

A refreshing finish: the 6,000 won orange ade
Panna Seomyeon Main Branch's orange ade costs ₩6,000. The food is on the heavier side, so this was great for cleansing the palate. Made with a 99% orange and grapefruit base,

it had a strong, natural fruit flavor rather than artificial sweetness. It's an ade I'd order again! At ₩6,000, it was an easy price to justify.

Why Panna Seomyeon Main Branch is worth a visit
I'd recommend this to anyone in Jeonpo Cafe Street looking to properly enjoy steak and pasta at a reasonable price. It's great as a date course for student couples, and just as good for casually grabbing steak with friends. If you're looking for a good restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, give Panna Seomyeon Main Branch a try : )
