A second visit to VOG HAIR at Changwon City Seven

I have a younger brother. He is surprisingly picky, so finding a hair salon he likes is not easy. But there was one salon from the places I took him to last time that he especially loved. After going once, he kept saying over and over that the perm turned out exactly as he had imagined.

I wondered just how much he liked it, since he is usually not satisfied with most salons and said he wanted to go back. Then another great opportunity came along, so we visited again! A salon he loved even on the second visit ❤️

VOG HAIR is on the third floor, and it is quick to find if you take elevators 4 or 5! There is free underground parking, so we parked and came in comfortably ❤️

Here is the entrance~ It is a separate space along the outdoor walkway, so the wide-open view was lovely too 💙

Once you find your way in, you come across the large, upscale VOG HAIR. We made a reservation before visiting!

The interior was large, spacious, and clean ❤️ There was also a place for me, the person tagging along, to relax, so I could wait comfortably. The kind stylists welcomed us as soon as we walked in!

Consultation and cut for a men’s hippie perm

Before the perm, we started a consultation with stylist Chaeyeon. I felt this last time too, but Chaeyeon really gets the style you want perfectly and recommends styles that suit you so well 👍 She recommended keeping the fringe with the hippie perm, evening out the mismatched length at the back hairline, and adding a down perm to the sides, so we went ahead with that 💙

First, they evened out the length at the back. You know a salon that is good at cutting is a truly good salon, right? Chaeyeon did such a pretty, great cut too 🥹💙

Then came the hippie perm and side down perm. Apparently, my brother’s hair is limp and thick, which makes it difficult to perm. So whenever he got a perm at other salons, it either did not turn out well or loosened far too quickly, which disappointed him.

But Chaeyeon noticed this and left it on a little longer so the perm would take better, then set the curl pattern beautifully. That way, he could have a pretty style without needing to do any extra styling at home 🫶👏

His hair and scalp are not in the best condition, so they generously applied nourishing treatment and scalp protectant to minimize damage as much as possible 👏💙 Chaeyeon is so thoughtful ㅠㅠ ❤️ Thank you once again!

After the perm, the shampoo room included an aroma oil massage and scalp care, and he said it felt so refreshing and healing. My brother was super excited! Haha

The finished style that was easy to manage with just drying

It was finished beautifully in exactly the curly style my brother wanted. He was so pleased with it, haha. I was even prouder for having brought him here.

They gave it one more finishing trim, too!

His hair really is the type that does not take a perm, but he loved how beautifully this one came out. He said he was even more satisfied because at home, styling was easy with just a blow-dry 👍

This was our second visit to VOG HAIR with designer Chaeyeon for a perm, and he loved both results on a legendary level, so we are planning to visit again when the perm starts to loosen. This is the place for men’s hair! 💙
