Busanjin lash salon for downward lashes: Almond Eyelashes
In short
Almond Eyelashes is a lash salon in Busanjin, Busan. A natural curl on downward-pointing lashes made my eyes look more defined and cut down my morning eyelash-curler routine. Verdict: a satisfying choice for an easy, natural-looking lift.

Why I Went to Almond Eyelashes in Seomyeon
Exterior

Lately, doing my lashes with an eyelash curler and then putting on mascara every morning was taking more time than I expected. My lashes tend to droop downward, so even when I worked hard with the curler, it was disappointing how quickly the curl fell out. So this time, rather than curling them every day, I decided to get a proper lash lift and visited Almond Eyelashes in Seomyeon.
For anyone looking for a place to get a lash lift in Seomyeon, I’ll honestly share everything from the consultation and treatment to the after result after visiting myself.
A Calm, Neat Treatment Space
Interior

When I stepped inside, the overall atmosphere was neat and cozy. Lash treatments involve lying down with your eyes closed for quite a while, so a comfortable setting matters too. It wasn’t overly busy and had a calm feel, which made it easy to relax during the treatment.

The treatment area was neatly arranged as well, and the atmosphere never felt intimidating. I think even first-timers coming in for a lash lift could visit comfortably.
Consultation on Lash Treatment Options
Prices

I also checked the prices, which I had been most curious about before visiting. There were various lash-treatment options, including lash lifts, so it looked possible to choose one suited to the style you want.
If it’s your first visit like mine, you may wonder which treatment will suit you while looking at the menu. I think it’s best to check your current lash condition and consult on the curl or style you want before deciding.
Before-and-After Changes for Downward Lashes
Before

Before, my lashes pointed downward and made my eyes look a little closed-off. The after photo is right below, and it was amazing how different my eyes looked even though my lashes hadn’t gotten shorter—their direction had simply changed.
Usually, no matter how carefully I used a curler, the curl on each side would set slightly differently, or only one side would fall after some time. With a lash lift, it seemed like that hassle would be reduced too.
After

What I liked most after getting the lash lift was definitely how much simpler my morning makeup became. I would normally do my eye makeup by curling my lashes and then applying mascara, but now I can skip the curler and just add a light coat of mascara, which is so much easier.
On days when I don’t wear heavy makeup, my eyes still looked fairly defined with just the lashes curled, even without mascara, so it worked well for everyday makeup too.
I loved how defined my eyes looked. Especially if your curl falls out quickly even after using a curler like mine does, I think a lash lift is worth trying. So good!
Eyes That Look Different With a Natural Curl

I got a lash lift at Almond Eyelashes in Seomyeon this time, and the part I was personally happiest with was that I got the natural curl I wanted. Rather than lashes being lifted as high as possible, I wanted a natural curl that suited my eyes. After the treatment, my lashes looked defined when I opened my eyes without feeling overdone, which I loved.
More than anything, comparing the before and after photos really made me realize how much the mood of your eyes can change just by changing the direction of your lashes. I think a lash lift is a great option for people who use a curler every day, worry about downward-drooping lashes, or want to cut down their morning eye-makeup time.
After getting it once, I was definitely more comfortable because I no longer needed to create a curl with a curler every morning. I also loved that my eyes looked naturally more defined, so I’d like to come back again next time I need a lash lift.
