The second-floor space at Andamiro Pancake Cheonan mixes dark wood and light wood for an East-meets-West feel. I went on a quiet weekday afternoon and there were almost no other customers.

The overall interior really does feel like a blend of East and West — dark wood and light wood working together, lighting that shows off graceful curves, right-angle tables paired with soft chairs. Basically, it's pretty. The interior design is genuinely lovely.

The plants placed throughout the space also show off the owner's sense of style. I visited during a quiet weekday afternoon, so it felt like I had the whole place to myself — lucky me!

But what I really loved was the today's fruit plate. Every time I go for pancakes I feel like there's never enough fruit. So this time I picked the fig pancake and added the fruit plate.
