Soufflé pancake couple date at Andamiro Pancake, Cheonan café

Sinbu-dong in Cheonan has so many great cafés for a date^^ On a day when I was craving something sweet, I visited Andamiro Pancake Cheonan, a soufflé pancake specialty spot, and it was seriously delicious.

What kind of café is Andamiro Pancake Cheonan?

Andamiro Pancake's signature item isn't your regular pancake — it's a soufflé pancake cooked to order right when you order it.

Since the soufflé is made the moment you order it, my anticipation was already building before the dish even arrived. Dessert always tastes best fresh off the pan, right? haha

That day we ordered the Andamiro Soufflé, a chocolate latte, and lemonade. When the soufflé pancake landed on the table, it looked incredibly appetizing just from the visual alone.

The café's vibe was insane... it's genuinely a Sinbu-dong café I'd recommend for an Instagram-worthy date course! Haha, my husband and I came on a date and were so happy to discover such a great spot that we ended up staying for ages.

I also liked the overall atmosphere of the store. The tables weren't packed tightly together, so we could sit fairly comfortably — good for chatting with a friend over dessert or coming for a date.

When looking for a café in Sinbu-dong, seat spacing and the overall vibe of the space actually matter quite a bit, don't they?
