I had a great lunch with my best friend near Gyodae Station! We were craving something high-calorie, so we went looking for a good burger spot and ended up at Daily Fix Seocho. It's a great place to visit when you're craving a handmade burger, and it fits perfectly for anyone searching for good restaurants near Gyodae Station or Seocho Station.

It didn't feel awkward to eat alone here, so I think it could work for anyone looking for a solo-dining spot near Gyodae. There are 4-top and 6-top tables inside, so it's also good for coming with coworkers or friends~ Overall, the relaxed, no-pressure feel of the space was really nice~

For office workers needing a quick lunch, solo diners wanting some alone time, and people who want to relax over dinner and drinks in the evening — offering all three kinds of comfortable time seems to be Daily Fix's strength~

The menu and what we ordered together

The menu had a variety of handmade burgers and side dishes. After some deliberation, we ordered

• 🍟 Chili cheese fries

To cut to the chase — this combo was perfect!

Daily Fix apparently designs its menu around the idea that a burger can be a proper dish too.

The second the burgers arrived, we gasped — you can genuinely tell they put real effort into making these burgers, just from the look of them!

They apparently use 100% Korean beef patties and housemade bacon, based on a cooking philosophy learned at a Michelin-starred New York diner~

Maybe that's why the bacon is almost pork-belly thick haha

The bacon cheeseburger, split in half

First up, the bacon cheeseburger we'd been most looking forward to! A thick patty with cheese and bacon layered together — it looked delicious just sitting there. The burger was so huge we split it in half, and you could see the bacon, patty, onion, and cheese all stacked in layers!

The bacon wasn't just a thin slice thrown in — you could really taste the distinct flavor of housemade bacon!

If you're a fan of handmade burgers and looking for good food near Gyodae Station, I think Daily Fix's bacon cheeseburger is worth trying at least once.

One bite in, you get the rich flavor of the patty first, then the salty bacon and cheese add in for a pretty layered, hearty taste.

The chicken burger's spicy coleslaw combo

The chicken burger had its own charm, different from the bacon cheeseburger. It felt like a whole fried chicken piece stuffed inside, seriously huge size lol. And inside, the combination of chicken and spicy coleslaw!

I'd already been obsessed with coleslaw lately, and the crispy-outside-juicy-inside chicken paired with that coleslaw texture was fantastic~

If you prefer chicken over a rich beef flavor, the chicken burger would be a great pick! Even the bun was freshly baked, soft and fluffy, and light too~

There was so much filling that eating it on its own felt like eating a whole piece of chicken plus a burger. So we split it — half bacon cheeseburger, half chicken burger, shared with my friend!

Chili cheese fries, gone in a flash

Can't skip the chili cheese fries we ordered as a side! 🍟 Crispy fries piled high with chili sauce and cheese — it paired really well with the burgers.

Salty with a touch of spice from the chili sauce, savory cheese, and crispy fries — it was the kind of flavor that keeps your hand reaching back for more.

Feels like it'll go straight to your hips, but so, so good!

Couldn't stop haha. Chat away while eating and the whole plate disappears in a flash!

A new combo I discovered! I tried dipping the burger in ketchup, and surprisingly it was delicious in a new way lol. Ketchup might just be one of humanity's greatest inventions haha

Final verdict

Daily Fix Seocho isn't just a quick burger-and-go spot — it's a handmade burger restaurant where you can enjoy a burger like an actual dish. I was especially impressed by the care put into every ingredient, from the 100% Korean beef patties to the housemade bacon, and the relaxed atmosphere fits everything from solo dining to meals with friends to office lunches.
