A clean and spacious dining room

The dining room was spacious and clean overall. The tables were nicely spaced, making it comfortable to eat, and I especially liked the counter seating for solo diners. It has an easygoing atmosphere for anyone who wants a quiet meal alone, so I think Keimyung University students and office workers alike could dine here comfortably.
What can you order?

Myeonsikdang Keimyung University Branch had such a varied menu. Its ramen options included tonkotsu ramen, spicy tonkotsu ramen, ebi tsukotsu ramen, and mara tonkotsu ramen, alongside soba, udon, and rice bowls!! There were also plenty of katsu choices, including cheese katsu, spicy cheese katsu, double cheese katsu, and mozzarella cheese katsu, so it seems easy to choose according to your taste :)
Ordering the two-person set and mini Buta-tong

We ordered the two-person set with tonkotsu ramen and cheese katsu, then added a mini Buta-tong (thin-sliced pork rice bowl) as a side. With the set, you can choose either Shine Muscat ade or lemon ade! I went with the lemon ade~~

Thin, crispy cheese katsu
I started with the cheese katsu, and I loved that the coating was thin and crispy rather than heavy. The savory cheese inside paired wonderfully with the pork cutlet. They also had a variety of sauces, so it was nice to try more than just the standard one.

Rich, deeply flavored tonkotsu ramen broth
The broth was really rich and deeply flavored—personally, I thought it was even tastier than the tonkotsu ramen I have had at quite a few well-known ramen spots. If you love a rich broth, I think you will be very satisfied with this menu item.

Mini Buta-tong I want as a main next time
The mini Buta-tong we ordered as a side was also far better than expected—it was so good!! This thin-sliced pork rice bowl had a subtle smoky aroma, with a salty, savory umami flavor that went perfectly with the katsu and ramen. The mini size made it easy to add without feeling too full, but after trying it, I thought I would happily order the Buta-tong as my main dish next time.
If you are looking for a filling, delicious meal near Keimyung University, I recommend Myeonsikdang Keimyung University Branch!
