Munjeong Station poke by calorie chart: garlic shrimp bowl, Olla Poke

In short

Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch is a poke restaurant on basement level 1 of Terra Tower A by Munjeong Station in Songpa, Seoul. A weight-watching couple read the in-store calorie chart and picked the garlic shrimp poke (11,500 won, 260kcal) and the avocado poke (10,500 won, 267kcal), both on an oat and brown rice base, and both the chili garlic mayo and the black sesame sauce tasted clean while still filling. For a diet lunch in Songpa that does not get boring, Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch is the answer.

Why Olla Poke Munjeong fills up with office workers by 11:30 a.m.

We visited at 11:30 AM, just before the lunch rush officially started, but there were already diners inside — and by the time we picked up our food and left, the place was nearly full! We really felt the popularity behind its reputation as an office-worker lunch spot.

The interior was clean and pleasant, and somehow that space itself made the food feel even healthier.
