There's just too much delicious bread around lately, and I've been eating my way into a bit of weight gain, so I'm on a low-key diet. But eating salad and eggs at home just tastes bland, and buying every single ingredient to make it myself gets annoying and expensive, so while looking for something to eat, I went searching for a good salad place near Munjeong Station and ended up at Olla Poke Munjeong branch, famous for its poke bowls.
How to find Olla Poke Munjeong from Munjeong Station
Olla Poke is located right in the food court area as soon as you come out of Munjeong Station. Exit through Exit 3, come out on the basement level, follow along past the glasses shop and Olive Young on your right, then turn left into the alley right after Bareun Burger.

Go inside, turn right, and keep walking — it's the very last shop at the end.

It's in an area with a lot of offices, so it seems like a great spot for anyone looking for a good lunch place near Munjeong Station.
Inside Olla Poke: kiosk ordering and 5:5 rice-to-salad custom picks
The inside of Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch is clean! There are actually quite a lot of seats too.

You order from the kiosk out front, and the menu was genuinely huge.

When ordering, you can pick the ratio of oat rice to salad, choose your sauce, remove ingredients you don't want, add ones you do, and you can even build a fully custom poke from scratch. The sauce lineup was also varied — sriracha mayo, wasabi mayo, chili garlic mayo, truffle mayo, black sesame sauce, teriyaki sauce, buldak (spicy chicken) sauce — so it was great for picking whatever suited your taste.
Salmon poke with sriracha mayo and pineapple
I ordered the salmon poke and the garlic shrimp poke. For both, I went with a 5:5 ratio of oat brown rice to salad, and since I don't like chickpeas, I left them out of both.

I picked sriracha mayo for the salmon poke and wasabi mayo for the garlic shrimp poke. Since it was a takeout order, they packed the sauces separately, which was great because I could drizzle to my own taste — and the portions were quite generous, giving it a satisfyingly heavy feel.

I started with the salmon poke first, and the crispy onions on top had this great crunchy texture that really made the bite. The ingredient composition itself was also great — sometimes when I eat poke elsewhere, it tastes so "healthy" that it's honestly bland, making me want to eat something else afterward. But here, everything inside was healthy and still tasted good, so I finished it feeling genuinely full and satisfied.

It paired really well with the sriracha mayo too. Oh, and I don't think I've usually seen pineapple in poke bowls before — do other places put pineapple in it too?? Anyway, this was my first time trying a poke with pineapple mixed in, and it worked way better than I expected!! Right around the point where eating just salad and rice starts to feel monotonous, it gave this refreshing little lift.
Garlic shrimp poke: add the wasabi mayo a little at a time

I had the garlic shrimp poke with the wasabi mayo — it was marked as spicy, and it had a sharp little kick that made it delicious. If you put in too much, you'll get hit with a wasabi bomb, so mix it in carefully in moderation!

The shrimp was nice and plump too, and the combo of plump shrimp with the sharp wasabi mayo worked so well together. All the sauces here were tasty enough that I'm now curious to try the others next time.

It's made with healthy ingredients but doesn't skimp on flavor, so it feels like exactly the right spot if you're around Munjeong-dong searching for a salad or poke place.
