Hi, it's Haesuni! I stopped by Lotte Department Store Dongnae and found a sushi spot worth visiting. This is Moshi Moshi Sushi, a sushi restaurant near Myeongnyun Station.

Moshi Moshi Sushi, a sushi restaurant near Myeongnyun Station, is on the 8th floor dining hall of Lotte Department Store Dongnae Branch. It's open daily from 10:30 to 20:30, with last order at 20:00, and closed on department store holidays.

Parking is easy in the department store's lot. Just be sure to register your parking when you pay!

Inside Moshi Moshi Sushi: dining room and private room seats

Such a clean atmosphere! As soon as you get off on the 8th floor, the big, spacious restaurant catches your eye.

The tables were spaced far apart, so it felt open and comfortable, not cramped. Maybe because it's inside a department store, the whole place felt really polished.

There are plenty of tables too, so even during busy meal times you can eat without feeling rushed. Moshi Moshi Sushi also has a private, room-like space behind partitions, which would be great for gatherings or family get-togethers 👍👍

The signature menu items are posted right at the entrance, so it was nice to be able to check them before even sitting down.

We booked ahead via Naver reservation, and our table was ready when we arrived.

Moshi Moshi Sushi set menus and single dishes

Moshi Moshi Sushi offers a wide range of set menus. Depending on how many people you're with, you can easily choose from sets for 2, 3, or up to 4 people. Beyond sushi, you can also enjoy sashimi, Korean beef tartare, memil (buckwheat noodles), udon, and rice bowls (albap) as part of a full spread. There's also an à la carte sushi menu if you want to order specific pieces separately.

There's a good variety of noodle dishes too, plus a kids' menu, making it a great spot for family meals. Sashimi platters, salmon sashimi, chashu, and tempura are also available à la carte.

There's also a Naver receipt review event running, so it's worth joining in.

Our order: Set 4 at 58,900 won plus the 16,000 won roe rice bowl set

We ordered Set 4 (for 2-3 people) at ₩58,900 and the rice bowl set (albap hansang) at ₩16,000. You can add ₩3,000 to the set menu to choose the upgraded option — the quantity of sushi stays the same, but the ingredients on top change.

For the noodle dish, you can choose from udon, memil, ramen, or seafood yaki udon. We kept the sushi at the basic option and added ₩2,000 to switch the noodle course to ramen.

First, the salad came out. This tofu salad is so nutty and delicious.

The food we ordered came out filling the whole table.

Set 4's 18 pieces of sushi and 9 shrimp tempura

First up, the Set 4 menu for 2-3 people. It comes with 18 pieces of sushi + 9 pieces of shrimp tempura + a noodle dish.

The sushi at Moshi Moshi Sushi, a sushi restaurant near Myeongnyun Station, is incredibly fresh and delicious. Eel, salmon, shrimp, tuna, flounder, squid, even beef tartare! With so many kinds, it's fun just picking which one to eat.

The shrimp tempura was crispy too — eating it warm made it even better.

Changing the noodle course to ramen for 2,000 won

I'd heard that Moshi Moshi Sushi's ramen is delicious too, not just the sushi, so I added ₩2,000 to switch to ramen.

It had bean sprouts and meat in it, and the broth was rich and tasty. I also liked that a whole soft-boiled egg was included 👍👍

What comes with the 16,000 won albap hansang roe rice bowl set

The rice bowl set (albap hansang) comes with the roe rice bowl along with udon and marinated salmon (yeoneojang).

It arrived sizzling hot in a stone bowl. It had been a while since I'd had albap, and with kimchi mixed in throughout, the seasoning was just right. The pop of the roe was such a nice texture too.

The warm udon topped generously with tempura! I thought the portion might be small since it came with the set, but it was plenty.
