This is already my second visit to Kuu Kuu Nowon Branch ♡
Last time I went for a weekday dinner, but this time I came for weekday lunch for even better value^^ With Kuu Kuu, the biggest draw is always being able to pick and eat as much as you want from a huge variety of sushi and dishes!! The Nowon branch is really large in scale, and with a playroom and group seating, I'd recommend it for family meals as well as Nowon get-togethers.

Walking into Kuu Kuu Nowon Branch, which I'd also recommend as a Nowon get-together spot, the first thing I noticed was how huge it is. It's a spacious area of over 300 pyeong, with an overall wood-and-white tone that made it bright and clean.
There were so many tables and the space itself was so wide that even with lots of guests, I could eat comfortably without feeling cramped. Apparently you can book independent spaces for groups of 50, 80, or up to 300 people. With various rooms and group seats available, it seemed like it would suit family gatherings and birthday parties as well as big company dinners. If you're heading to Kuu Kuu Nowon Branch, this might be worth keeping in mind^^

Which sushi came out at weekday lunch
This time I went for the budget-friendly weekday lunch, and there were so many kinds of sushi that it was fun picking one after another haha.
When you think of Kuu Kuu, sushi is always the first thing that comes to mind. At Kuu Kuu Nowon Branch, they've apparently increased the fish size for the flounder and salmon sushi compared to before, and upgraded the shrimp sushi to use botan shrimp ♡
Besides sushi, there was also a wide range of other dishes and desserts, so after just one lap my plate was already full haha.
Marble ice cream, now served at lunch too
Marble ice cream, a favorite with kids, used to be offered only at weekday dinner and on weekends, but apparently it's now available at lunch too.
Lunch vs dinner: how the Kuu Kuu menu differs
I went for lunch, but the menu gets even wider at dinner and on weekends. Raw salmon sashimi and smoked duck are served on weekday dinners, weekends, and holidays, and lamb ribs are available all day. This time the weekday lunch was great value and I was satisfied, but next time I'd like to visit during dinner hours to try the raw salmon sashimi and smoked duck too haha.
Unlimited draft beer for a Naver review

Second visit to Kuu Kuu Nowon Branch: the verdict
Kuu Kuu Nowon Branch has a really spacious and clean layout with a wide variety of food, so I had a satisfying meal. Above all, the variety of sushi made it fun to pick and choose. With a kids' playroom and spacious group seating with independent spaces, it's a great spot for all kinds of occasions, from family dining with kids to friend gatherings and company dinners.
