Where is Think Fruit, and can you park?

Think Fruit is a fruit dessert café on the first floor of 14-12 Wausan-ro 29-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul, near Hongik University Station. The store is spacious and can seat groups, but there's no parking on site, so you'll need to park nearby using Modu's Parking.

There are two Blue Ribbon marks on the wall! Already getting my hopes up ,,>.< And I was so surprised at how spacious the store is!!

Clean white-toned tables and chairs are prettily arranged along the windows. The light pouring in through the huge floor-to-ceiling windows is especially gorgeous.

Photos come out bright no matter where you sit, and it's perfect for chatting leisurely while enjoying dessert 👍

We took a seat in front of the blinds, which softened the light a bit 😉

So many desserts and drinks with visuals that make dessert lovers lose their minds,,, this place is heaven.

Honestly, I had a specific item picked out in my mind before I even got there that day. It was Think Fruit's hugely popular peach pancake... but unfortunately, we happened to visit right before Chuseok (Korean harvest holiday) when peach orders were piling up, so it had already sold out ㅠㅠㅠ

I really wanted to try it, so hearing it was sold out nearly brought tears to my eyes... but honestly, that disappointment gave me a solid excuse to come back again haha. The staff explained everything so kindly that it eased my disappointment, and I promised myself I'd come early next time, or time it for peach season, and definitely try that famous peach pancake!

The iced Americano, ₩5,000, that's simply unmissable alongside the sweet soufflé pancake. Its clean, cold flavor with no sourness cuts right through the sweetness of the dessert and refreshes your palate.

So gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous,,✨ I was so moved the moment the plate arrived. On a large plate, seasonal fig slices are fanned out prettily like flower petals, topped with two fluffy, cloud-like soufflé pancakes, a mountain of soft whipped cream, and sweet vanilla ice cream.

What does the soufflé pancake taste like?

The moment the knife touched it, the incredibly soft, fluffy pancake sliced right open... seriously,,, it's insanely fluffy.

It's a visual straight out of a fairy tale,, the bread melts away like cotton candy the moment it hits your mouth.

Topping it with the sweet, perfectly ripe fig flesh and eating it with the soft whipped cream and cool ice cream was so delicious I lost myself and just kept shoveling it in lol

A magical soufflé pancake that keeps going in even though I'm already full from a meal. The fig's signature popping seeds and chewy fruit sweetness blend so well with the fluffy pancake that I honestly couldn't put my spoon down...

How do they make it this fluffy...? The inside of the bread is incredibly moist,,ㅠㅠㅠㅠ There's clearly a reason this place is so busy, it's ridiculously, insanely good. The taste and visuals make you forget you're on a diet.

Is Think Fruit worth a visit in Hongdae?

The fig soufflé pancake was far beyond my expectations and I kept gasping in admiration the whole time I ate. Truly, truly delicious. It's a great place to relax and heal, enjoying a melt-in-your-mouth soufflé pancake with a cold iced Americano in a pretty space. Next time, I'll definitely time my visit for when the peach pancake is in stock and finally try it!!!
