New fig soufflé shared with a friend at a Hongdae café: Think Fruit

This time I finally made it to Think Fruit, a place I'd been saving and wanting to visit for the longest time~

What kind of café is Think Fruit?

Think Fruit is a premium fruit-focused dessert and brunch café that contracts and sources the tastiest fresh fruit of each season. 🍑🍓🍊 It's 281m from Hongik University Station Exit 7, tucked into the alley on Wausan-ro 29-gil.

Wow~ just looking at the photos gets me excited~ (I really, really wanted to come here~)

Look at that refrigerated showcase packed with peaches and figs~~🥰🥰 It's a place that's become word-of-mouth famous for such delicious combinations of ingredients, so I had high expectations.

Think Fruit menu and prices, including the drinks topped with Häagen-Dazs

Think Fruit's dessert menu includes soufflé and parfait. Peach soufflé 22.0 / Fig soufflé 20.0 / Peach parfait 19.8 / Fig parfait 19.8.

The drink lineup was pretty varied too~ salted cream coffee, condensed milk latte, salted cream milk tea, peach yogurt smoothie, mango smoothie, and more.

What was unique was that the soufflé and parfait... and some drinks like the lattes and milk teas... come with Häagen-Dazs ice cream on top~ 🥰 And I'd literally been thinking 'I want to eat Häagen-Dazs ice cream'... hahaha, what a coincidence~ I had no idea Häagen-Dazs ice cream came with it~😆

How did the Häagen-Dazs coffee slush taste?

The drinks came out first~~🥰 They were brought to us directly... and I couldn't resist snapping a photo while holding it up.😆😅

This is the Häagen-Dazs coffee slush I ordered~ the Häagen-Dazs ice cream sat on top looking so tempting~ I took a sip~ wow~ it's genuinely delicious~ I've had coffee slush before, but I never knew it paired this well with Häagen-Dazs ice cream~😍 Highly recommend the Häagen-Dazs coffee slush~👍👍

The new fig soufflé: how it looks and tastes

I heard the peach soufflé is super famous, but the fig soufflé turned out to be a new menu item~ I really agonized over the choice before picking fig~😆 So pretty, so pretty~~😍

It's so pretty but no matter how I shoot it, my photography skills just can't capture that beauty..😅 (so unfortunate...🥹)

I took a bite of the soufflé and it just melted in my mouth!!! My friend made a huge fuss saying it was so delicious too~ she said she'd come back again on her own just for the soufflé~

Looking around at the other tables, there wasn't a single one without a soufflé order. This place really doesn't need to bother with other dessert variety!😍😍

Can a soufflé really be this soft? It truly dissolves in your mouth... and the combination of ice cream, whipped cream, and fig was so good too.
