You'll find Daesin Peanut Bread by heading toward the Jigu 2 building of Seomun Market — just look for the spot where everyone's crowded together! It was a weekday and still this crowded, wow. Truly one of the hottest spots in Seomun Market!!

When you get to Seomun Market, there are two peanut bread shops side by side, and Daesin Peanut Bread is the one famous mukbang YouTuber Hiimbap has visited!! That made it feel even more trustworthy haha

Peanut bread comes in sets of 20, 45 or 80

As popular as it is, the showcase was packed full of peanut bread, and it could be bought in sets of 20 / 45 / 80, either as bags or boxes!

For anyone visiting from out of town, buying a whole box as a gift would be perfect!!!

They also sell peanut butter and peanut lattes, and it really showed they use good peanuts!

On top of that, they had egg bread — my favorite snack that's hard to find these days — so I couldn't resist trying both peanut bread and egg bread :)

They also sell roasted peanuts like this, perfect for anyone who loves peanuts!

Haha, I didn't drink it myself, but the peanut latte they poured generously looked like it would double the nutty flavor?! No dryness in your throat either, so I definitely recommend ordering it together :)

Can you order by phone or have it delivered?

Since it gets this crowded, you might have to wait a long time — but you can also call ahead to reserve and pick up your order! They also said delivery is available :)

While waiting after ordering, I watched them bake the peanut bread and egg bread, and the griddle and prep counter were cleaner than I expected, which raised my trust :) But there can be a lot of pigeons around hoping for peanut crumbs, so if you're not a fan, watch out.

How do the fresh peanut bread and egg bread taste?

Yay, finally my peanut bread and egg bread came out!! Eating egg bread and peanut bread while shopping and looking around Seomun Market!!

There's no giving this up~!! One bite when your energy dips! One bite while browsing! One bite while waiting in line at another shop! Such a great snack 👍

Do I even need to say how it tasted, haha! Sweet and nutty, freshly baked bread — of course it was delicious!! Packed full of peanuts too, the nuttiness was no joke!! Each piece of peanut bread had at least 3-4 peanuts in it 🫶

The egg bread was soft and not dry at all, so I really enjoyed that too!!

Leftover peanut bread: keep it in the fridge, then microwave

The portion was too much to eat alone, so I brought it home, kept it in the fridge, and ate more with my brother that evening — and it was a hit with his taste too! After a quick zap in the microwave, it tasted just like freshly made, so it seems like it would be fine to order by delivery too!!

It's already a very famous spot, but if you haven't been yet, definitely visit Daegu Seomun Market and try it!!
